基于CMOS APS的微型数字式太阳敏感器   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
研制了一种适用于微型航天器的两轴数字式太阳敏感器,其光学系统由CMOS APS图像传感器和MEMS工艺制作的孔阵列结构光线引入器组成.敏感器外形尺寸68 mm×68 mm×58 mm, 质量小于300 g, 功耗低于2.5 W, 更新率优于2 Hz.该文介绍了CMOS APS图像传感器的优势及其在太阳敏感器中的应用,以及所研制微型太阳敏感器的系统硬件、软件设计.对微型太阳敏感器样机进行了标定,结果表明微型太阳敏感器在±64°视场以内精度优于0.1°, ±10°视场以内精度优于0.02°.  相似文献

基于热泵涡旋压缩机几何参数、热力学第一定律、质量能量守恒定律等,建立了热泵涡旋压缩机的几何模型和热力学模型.利用欧拉法对所建热力学模型进行求解,得到了压缩机运行1个周期工作腔内工质温度、压力、质量的变化规律,并进一步分析了不同工况条件下热泵涡旋压缩机工作过程中泄漏量的变化规律.同时,通过搭建实验平台对所建热力学模型进行了验证.结果表明:吸气压力和吸气温度对压缩腔的影响最大,吸气压力降低0.1 MPa时第三压缩腔泄漏量降低9.45%,吸气温度降低5℃时第三压缩腔泄漏量降低6.841%;而转速的变化对涡旋压缩机各个工作腔泄漏量的影响比较平均;且实验值与模拟值接近,验证了模型的正确性,可为热泵涡旋压缩机的性能优化提供一定的理论参考.  相似文献

提出了一种新型部分自复叠热泵,通过调节复叠率,该热泵可以控制压缩机的排气温度在安全温度(120℃)以内,并且把水加热到生活用热水所要求的温度(55℃),同时使热泵达到最高的能效比(COP).采用Matlab调用NIST制冷剂物性数据库Refprop 7.1编程对该热泵进行理论计算,分析了压缩机排气温度和热泵COP的影响因素,确定了最佳运行状态.理论计算结果表明:采用该新型部分自复叠热泵,可使压缩机排气温度下降30℃左右,当工质R22质量分数为0.28、冷凝器出口温度为55℃时,调节复叠率为0.717,可使压缩机排气温度降低至120℃,系统COP达到2.214.  相似文献

设计了用于电动汽车的热泵空调试验平台,利用步入式低温环境试验舱,研究了不同环境温度下涡旋式压缩机和斜盘式变排量压缩机对热泵空调系统性能和车室内平均温度的影响. 试验结果表明:采用涡旋式压缩机的热泵空调系统,车室内平均温度随时间以近似开口向上的抛物线规律增加;而采用斜盘式变排量压缩机的系统,车室内平均温度随时间以开口向右的抛物线规律增加. 高压管路内工质的温度和压力变化趋势与车室内平均温度变化趋势类似. 在一定的环境温度下,随着压缩机转速的增加,车室内达到舒适温度的时间变短.   相似文献

为满足双温供热的需要,提出了新型滚动转子压缩机制冷剂中间排出的双温冷凝热泵系统,并建立了系统模型,以R1234yf为制冷剂对系统进行了计算和分析.结果表明:随着相对中间排气量的增大,压缩机功耗下降,制热性能相应上升;随着蒸发温度的升高,压缩机的吸气流量增加,压缩机功耗和制热性能均上升;随着中温冷凝温度的升高,压缩机功耗上升,制热性能下降;随着高温冷凝温度的升高,压缩机功耗和制热性能同样分别呈现上升和下降的趋势.当蒸发温度为5℃,中温冷凝温度为40℃,高温冷凝温度为65℃,相对中间排气量为28%时,双温冷凝热泵系统的制热性能较传统单冷凝热泵系统提升接近11%.  相似文献

利用微型PZT压电陶瓷管研制微型超声马达.微型压电陶瓷管外径1mm,内径0.6mm,管长5mm.微型马达工作在压电陶瓷管的第一阶弯曲振动模式下,其谐振频率约为58.5kHz.在一定的驱动电压范围内,马达的转速与电压成线性关系,当驱动电压峰峰值为90V时,转速达3500r/min. 启动力矩为7.8μNm.利用压电陶瓷管研制的微型马达与相似尺寸的其他类型的微型超声马达相比,具有更大的力矩和更高的转速.  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
