研究了Bi2O3.3TiO2和PbTiO3的加入量对SrTiO3基高压陶瓷电容器材料性能的影响.实验的结果表明:最佳加入量的摩尔分数分别是Bi2O3.3TiO2为9%,PbTiO3为18%.在1 250 ℃的温度下烧结获得了性能为:εr=3 295;Eb=10.2 kV/mm;tgδ=6×10-4;ΔC/C(-25~+85 ℃)≤±12%;绝缘电阻R=7.5×1012 Ω的高压陶瓷电容器材料.  相似文献

采用正交设计实验法研究了配方对(1-Z)(Ba_(l-x-y)Sr_xCa_y)TiO_3·Z(Bi_2O_3·3TiO_2)系中高压电容器陶瓷介电性能的影响,得到了影响该系统陶瓷介电性能的主次因素,各因素水平影响其性能的趋势。通过正交设计实验得到了综合性能最佳的陶瓷配方,其ε>3800 F/m,tgδ<5×10~(-3)和EB>9 kV/mm。  相似文献

采用溶液反应法制备试样,用DTA和XRD方法研究了KBe2F5-KAlF4和KBe2F5-K3AlF6两个赝二元体系。结果表明:KBe2F5-KAlF4是一简单低共熔体系,共晶点组成含KBe2F580mol%,温度335℃。KBe2F5-K3AlF6体系中生成了两个中间化合物2K3AlF6·KBe2F5和K3AlF6·KBe2F5。相图中有一共晶点,组成为85mol%KBe2F5,温度336℃。2K3AlF6·KBe2F5和K3AlF6·KBe2F5都是固液异组成化合物,分别在448℃和378℃时发生分解。X-射线衍射分析证明它们均属正交晶系,晶胞参数分别为a=10.70±0.01,b=10.36±0.01,c=5.85±0.02( )和a=10.499±0.003,b=9.685±0.005,c=7.554±0.005( )。  相似文献

用XRD分析和TGDTA热分析技术研究了氧化钙分解人造独居石的反应机理·研究结果表明:在620~700℃间,氧化钙分解人造独居石的反应是3CaO+2REPO4=Ca3(PO4)2+RE2O3;当加入NaCl助剂后,在793~811℃间分解反应是15CaO+3NaCl+10REPO4=3Ca5Cl(PO4)3+5RE2O3+Na3PO4·在820℃焙烧条件下,两个分解反应同时存在,并伴随有铈的氧化反应Ce2O3+1/2O2=2CeO2发生·用FreemanCarroll方法计算出793~811℃间分解反应的表观活化能E=686kJ/mol,反应级数n=053·  相似文献

用x一射线粉末衍射法和微差热分析法确定了三聚磷酸铝(AlH_2P_3O_10·2H_2O)的晶体点阵与空间群及其转变温度。AlH_2P_3O_10·2H_2O属正交晶系,空间群为Pz_(1/b)Z_(1/a)Z_(/m),D~9~2h,点阵参数:a=15.92A,b=8.884A,c=9.936A。AlH_2P_3O_(10)·2H_2O 168℃(?)AlH_2P_3O_(10)Ⅰ型 518℃(?)Al_4(P_4O_(12))_3D型。  相似文献

本实验以叔碳酸13-煤油溶液为萃取剂,萃取稀土元素镨(Ⅲ),研究了该体系的萃取平衡.在Pr~(3+)离子浓度为0.00187~0.0200mol/ι,叔碳酸浓度(以R_2H_2计算)为0.100~1.00mol/ι,温度为20(±1)℃时,确定了有机相中萃合物的组成是PrR_3·4RH,以单分子形式存在.在实验条件下,萃取体系的化学反应方程式为:(Pr~(3+))a+7/2(R_3H_2)_0 (PrP_3·4RH)_0 +3(H~+)a其表观萃取平衡常数K=1.35×10(-13).  相似文献

在高压液相进料型催化微型反应器-色谱联合装置中,于温度340℃、350℃、360℃、370℃;临氢化压3MPa;催化剂装填量0.1—0.2克:颗粒40—60目;接触时间6—20g·h·mol~(-1);氢烃摩尔比为32:1、29:1、26:1等条件下,得到ZA-2型丝光沸石催化剂上,甲苯歧化反应本征动力学方程为r_J=K·P_J~(0.5),K=3.077×10~6exp(103 320/RT)。反应机理符合L-H的双位吸附机理,表面反应为控制步骤,机理模型为r_J=K_2[K_J P_J/(1+K_J P_J)]~2(式中r_J为甲苯的消耗速率,速度常数K_2=9.196×10~(12)exp(-7460 666/RT)(mol·g~(-1)·h~(-1));吸收常数K_J=1.347×10~(12)exp(623267/RT)(Pa~(-1));P_J为甲苯分压,Pa。  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
