改性硅灰石在新闻纸造纸业中的双重环境效应   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
介绍了一种新型矿物填料——改性硅灰石在新闻纸中的应用。样品采自云南省腾冲县,加工成1250目的超细纤维,其长径比为15左右,经化学改性处理,添加到脱墨纸浆中制作新闻纸。实验室手抄片和工业试验结果表明,改性硅灰石能极大地改善再生新闻纸的白度、不透明度和适印性。加入有10%~15%改性硅灰石的新闻纸(定量44~47g/m^2)具有高白度(58%~60%)、高强度(裂断长3800~4000m)和高不透明度(95%~97%),属高质量新闻纸。另一方面,由于改性硅灰石具有对油墨粒子、细小纤维和有机物有良好的吸附性,添加改性硅灰石的新闻纸在造纸过程中排出的废水易于处理,废水经简单沉淀后所含BOD和COD,以及重金属元素含量极低,达到综合排放国家一级标准。改性硅灰石在造纸业方面显现出保护森林和水体的双重环境效应,是造纸业中一种性能优秀的新型功能填料。  相似文献

弱界面层对树脂砂粘结桥附着力的影响机理研究   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:2  
本文着重研究环境湿度、原砂水分和含泥量等对呋喃树脂、酚醛树脂、酚醛尿烷树脂和多元醇—聚氨酯等各种不同树脂砂在固化、存放中强度的影响。从性能测试和扫描电镜分析其变化规律,得出水分子的渗透和泥分杂质的存在,在砂粒表面和粘结桥之间形成弱界面层,由于弱界面层的解吸作用和阻碍粘结剂对砂粒表面的润湿,大大降低界面的附着力,导致粘结桥附着破裂。  相似文献

本文叙述了一种丙烯酸系高分子界面活性剂在新闻纸上采用外添型表面涂布法的过程、结果与意义。 研究结果表明,增强剂用量为纸重的0.4~0.5%时,纸的表面强度获得明显提高(IGT提高43.5%)。纸的机械性和印刷性良好。因此,这种高分子界面活性剂用作新闻纸等的增强剂,不论在施加方法或技术上都是可行的。同时,也说明这是解决用白杨等次等材代替白松制造符合技术要求的新闻纸的重要途径。增强剂的研究处于国外先进国家六十年代末的水平。本研究有新的进展,属于新型增强剂,其性能达到国内外同类先进产品的基本要求。  相似文献

以经超声活化的木薯淀粉、丙烯酸为原料,N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,过硫酸铵一亚硫酸氢钠为氧化还原引发剂,通过水溶液聚合法制备了淀粉一丙烯酸复合高吸水树脂。分别对丙烯酸与淀粉的摩尔比、中和度、引发剂用量、交联剂用量、进行单因素实验和正交实验,并通过极差、方差分析对影响材料吸水率的影响因素进行统计分析。结果表明,最佳的反应工艺条件为:丙烯酸/淀粉摩尔比9、中和度77%、引发剂用量0.5%、交联剂用量0.085%,在此条件下所合成的淀粉一丙烯酸高吸水性树脂吸水率为1554g/g。该树脂具有较强的耐盐性能,在NaCI、MgCl2、FeCl3溶质溶液均能发生吸收,且在60rain左右均可达到饱和,饱和时吸液率分别可达到145、83、35g/g,且树脂具较强的保水性能,在25、50、75℃的恒温水浴条件下放置16h时,树脂的保水率分别为80.1%、61.2%、42.2%。  相似文献

The effect of asymmetry deformation on microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ31 sheet was investigated in the present paper. Two AZ31 sheets were rolled together with an on-line heating rolling mill and separated from each other afterwards. For each sheet, the strain on both surface during rolling was asymmetry and this rolling method is called asymmetry rolling (AR) in present work. For comparison, symmetry rolling (SR) was also carried out on the same rolling mill that only one sheet was rolled in one pass. The sheets deformed by AR showed more homogeneous microstructure with higher recrystallization level and symmetry distributional basal texture. Moreover, SR sheets showed many narrow shear bands which distributed as “V” shape along rolling direction, while less shear bands with wider size are observed in AR sheet. The shear bands in AR sheet distributed as a line and across the entire thickness of the sheet, resulting in layered bimodal structure. Based on the unique microstructure and texture characteristics, AR sheet has lowest mechanical property anisotropy and a good balance of strength and elongation.  相似文献

The aim of this work was to investigate the effect of trace addition of oleic acid coated Ag nanocrystals(Ag NCs) on mechanical and antibacterial properties of dental resin composites.Composites(70 wt%of silica loading) with 25 ppm,50 ppm,75 ppm and 100 ppm(wt) Ag NCs were prepared and the composite without Ag NCs served as a control.The experimental results showed that the addition of Ag NCs significantly improved the strength and modulus of the resin composite without compromising the shade.For the composite with 50 ppm Ag NCs,fiexural strength(140.3 MPa),modulus(13.2 GPa)and compressive strength(347.2 MPa) were increased by 4.1%,22.2%,13.3%,respectively,compared with the control.The antibacterial test demonstrated that trace Ag NCs provided the resin composites with an antibacterial effect.Such strong and antibacterial dental resin composites might be advantageous to prevent secondary caries and be potential for future clinical applications.  相似文献

以戊二醛为交联剂,利用悬浮聚全法合成了新型壳聚糖树脂,考虑了操作条件对合成树脂性能的影响,扫描电镜显示,树脂的表面结构随着交联剂浓度提高而改善,提高油水体积比第一个峰值小可显著提高树脂成球经,降低树脂粒径;随壳聚糖浓度提高,树脂强度和在但孔度仅略有降低,利用5%壳聚糖溶液,可合成高强度、高孔度的壳聚糖树脂。  相似文献

在实验室条件下,以漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆与棉浆试制轻型装饰原纸。对WS-01,02,03湿强剂、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、阳离子型与阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺和A-RA_1助留剂、A-DS_1干强剂以及不同类型的二氧化钛进行了优选试验。结果表明,WS-01湿强剂与A-DS_1干强剂配合使用,可以使轻型装饰原纸的干、湿强度、吸水高度与灰分含量达到规定的质量要求。试验确定了主要影响因素与优化工艺条件。  相似文献

针对树脂固砂剂一直存在固砂强度与地层渗透率保留率之间的矛盾,开展了磷酸酯改性呋喃树脂固砂剂的研究,研究中以磷酸、聚醚(L35)、呋喃树脂为主要原料,通过羟基缩聚制备出磷酸酯改性呋喃树脂水性聚合物,并将其用水稀释3倍后作为油田固砂剂使用,一方面,以水作为天然增孔剂,另一方面,在水环境下成膜固化,既保证了固砂强度,又保证了高地层渗透率,有效解决了长期困扰化学防砂效果的难题。研究结果表明,磷酸酯改性呋喃树脂用水稀释3倍浸入砂粒后,于水下环境中60~80℃保温48 h可固结砂粒,固砂强度大于4 MPa,适合油田水下环境固砂。截至2019年3月,现场应用10口油井,控砂成功率达100%,累计增油13 000 t,应用效果良好。  相似文献

华东自然环境浸润树脂耐久性对CFRP片材耐久性的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
在华东地区自然暴露环境条件下,通过16组80个试件,自然老化3 a的耐久性能试验,考察碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)片材及树脂的外观、抗拉强度、弹性模量、伸长率等主要物理力学性能指标随老化时间的变化.结果表明,浸渍树脂抗拉强度与碳纤维片材抗拉强度有一定关系,而伸长率和弹性模量的变化受树脂耐久性能的影响不明显.随着老化时间的延长,两种浸润树脂质量损失严重,不同的CFRP片材和对应树脂的力学性能均有下降趋势.浸润树脂的力学性能耐久性会影响CFRP片材的力学性能,但主要由碳纤维材料的性能决定.  相似文献

本文以轧制过程相似理论为依据,在实验室轧钢机上模拟研究了用2~3个蝶式孔型轧制角钢的变形规律并归纳出轧制工艺要点,以及建立了计算变形量的数学模型。数学模型已经过NO.2.5~7角钢孔型设计的实践检验,证明具有较高的精确度。生产实际证实:采用2~3个蝶式孔型的孔型系统能实现稳定轧制并获得NO.2.5~7用钢。由最少蝶式孔型组成的孔型系统具有简化轧辊车削、节约轧辊和容易调整等优点。  相似文献

采用综合约束函数双下降法研究了万能可逆轧H型钢降低电耗的优化轧制过程,以总轧制能耗最小为目标,各首次轧件出口厚度为优化计算的自变量进行了优化。优化计算结果应用于生产试验表明节能效果良好。由于在轧制规程优化过程中考虑了各种约束条件,所以求得的优化轧制规程不但能满足轧机强度和电机功率要求,而且能保证所轧制的H型钢具有良好的尺寸精度。  相似文献

结合国家“八五”科技攻关项目-大庆油田复合驱油体系的实际,利用试剂级药品,从理论上探讨了影响驱油体系界面张力的因素.结果表明,羧酸的皂化比是影响驱油体系与原油间界面张力的重要因素.油酸的皂化比为0.75左右时,体系的界面张力最低;NaCl浓度也显著影响体系的界面张力,所研究体系的最佳盐浓度为0.4%NaCl;而HPAM的加入则有使界面张力升高的趋势.  相似文献
