研究衡阳钢管厂LF10-LF,VD,中包、铸坯、轧管各工序夹杂物数量变化和粒径分布情况,探讨显微夹杂物在圆铸坯径向截面的分布以及钢管沿横向和纵向数目变化,并对其进行了分析。结果表明,在总体上钢中单位面积上夹杂物数量较高,以小于10μm的显微夹杂为主;铸坯中心附近处显微夹杂最多,下边缘部住显微夹杂最少。  相似文献

利用电子显微镜、金相显微镜、能谱分析,对IF钢铸坯中夹杂物分布、数量和种类进行详细分析.结果表明:薄板坯内平均显微夹杂数量为46个/mm2,其中粒度小于10 μm的显微夹杂物占80%左右.在铸坯中心区域夹杂物形成聚集,铸坯表面层夹杂物含量较少.大型夹杂物含量为39.25 mg/10kg,粒度大于300 μm的夹杂物约为50%.夹杂物主要来源于结晶器卷渣,脱氧产物和中包覆盖剂.  相似文献

研究了高锰铝青铜ZQAl2-8-3-2中夹杂物的种类和形态。其宏观夹杂物有: 三氧化二铝(α-Al2O3);莫来石(3Al2O3·2 SiO2);铝尖晶石.微观夹杂物有: Al2O3;MnS·FeS:FeO;MnO.并用不同的过滤介质:刚玉球、高铝砖、焦宝石、烧 石等,对高锰铝青铜进行了过滤试验.结果表明:过滤对除去高锰铝青铜中的夹杂物 有明显效果,材料的疲劳性能可提高41.3%,延伸率最好的可提高9.7%,抗拉强 度略有提高。  相似文献

低渗地层堵塞特征及解堵技术研究   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
通过分析陇东低渗透油田地层堵塞的特征,提出不同的解堵技术,并取得了良好的现场效果.生产时闻较短的油井堵塞物以有机物为主,蜡质、胶质、沥青的含量占70%~90%,而生产时间较长的油井堵塞物有机物和无机物并存,其中酸不溶物占23.8%,垢物的主要成分有CaCO3,CaSO4,BaSO4和SiO2,堵塞主要集中在近井带3~5m内;而水井以铁盐、亚铁盐和细菌以及由水敏、速敏造成的堵塞为主,并且堵塞半径达到5m以上.针对不同井况的堵塞特征,采用不同解堵配方体系、物理化学的复合解堵方式及压裂解堵工艺,并在现场取得了良好的施工效果.  相似文献

采用文献计量学的原理和方法,对《孝感学院学报》(自然科学版)引文量、引文类型、引文语种、引文时效等进行量化分析。结果表明《学报》10期自然科学版共刊载论文287篇,有249篇附有引文,引文篇率为89.6%;共引用文献1244篇,篇均引文数为4.47;引文类型以期刊为主,占56.03%,图书占37.86%,其他类型占6.19%;引文语种以中文为主,占79.5%,外文占20.5%;普赖斯指数为37.22%。  相似文献

本文通过对前人植物名录的统计分析得出:七道桥荒漠自然保护区的种子植物共有20个科,54个属,69个种;单种属、单种科所占的比例较高,分别为87%、65%;植物的水分生态类型以旱生为主占21.2%,中生、强旱生、耐旱植物次之分别占18.2%、15.2%、15.2%而湿生仅占4.5%;其他生态类型中盐生、耐盐植物也占一定的比例,共占24.2%;生活型以地面芽为主,占35.8%,一年生植物次之;可以把植物区系内的植物种划分为16个不同的地理成分,其中古地中海成分所占比例最高,为30.3%.  相似文献

随着性传播疾病在全国的逐年增多,兰州市虽属内陆城市,性病发病率也有增无减。尤其是近几年来梅毒的发病率呈直线上升趋势,从1994年的0.34/10万上升到1998年的17.41/10万,年平均增长199.1%。男性的增长速度明显大于女性,且增长人群多集中在10~39岁之间,约占发病人数的80.0%;中学文化占83.5%;职业上工人第一占32.4%、无业第二占15.9%、干部第三占12.9%、个体占11.9%、农民占11.0%。患病人数以本地为主(94.9%)已婚占71.4%。以一期、二期为主,隐性次之,一期以男性为主,二期、隐性男女各半。  相似文献

通过工业试验研究了中间包内安装石灰过滤器后钢液中夹杂物的行为,工业试验表明,采用石灰过滤器后,钢中夹杂物平均降低20%,在此基础上建立了中间包安装过滤器后网中夹杂物的去除模型,模型计算结果与试验值基本符合。  相似文献

通过光谱分析、Luzex.F图像分析、扫描电镜、能谱分析、力学性能试验等手段,研究了高铝BaF2渣系自保护药芯焊丝焊缝中的Al含量对焊缝中夹杂物、微观组织和力学性能的影响.研究结果表明:随焊缝中的Al含量增高,焊缝夹杂物平均尺寸增大;焊缝中的夹杂物以AlN和Al2O3为主,在低Al焊缝中以Al2O3为主的夹杂物较多,而在高Al焊缝中AlN夹杂较多;Al含量的不同会引起焊缝微观组织的改变,以Al2O3为主的夹杂物能够诱导焊缝中针状铁素体形核,而AlN夹杂会引起焊缝组织粗大;焊缝中Al含量增加使焊缝的强度增高而韧性下降.  相似文献

在实验室进行了1 kg坩埚实验,研究了中碳高硫结构钢钙处理前后夹杂物的形态、尺寸及组?结果表明:钢钙处理后获得了可以改善钢切削性的纺锤形夹杂物,夹杂物的平均纺锤形率为68.11%,并且随钢中[Ca]/[S]增加夹杂物纺锤形化趋势增加;钙处理后小于2.5 μm的夹杂物占夹杂物总量的76.05%,夹杂物细小、弥散分布于钢基体中;夹杂物类型以钙铝酸盐芯硫化物外壳的复合夹杂物、(Mn,Ca)S形式的硫化物为主,有少量的铝酸钙与CaS的复合夹杂物;含钙硫的45钢铸态钢锭比普通45钢铸态钢锭切削性能有所改善.  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

Quality traits in wheat (Triticum aestirum L.) were studied by quantitative trait locus (QTL) analysis in a recombinant inbred line (RIL) population, a set of 131 lines derived from Chuan 35050 × Shannong 483 cross (ChSh). Grains from RILs were assayed for 21 quality traits related to protein and starch. A total of 35 putative QTLs for 19 traits with a single QTL explaining 7.99-40.52% of phenotypic variations were detected on 10 chromosomes, 1D, 2A, 2D, 3B, 3D, 5A, 6A, 6B, 6D, and 7B. The additive effects of 30 QTLs were positive, contributed by Chuan 35050, the remaining 5 QTLs were negative with the additive effect contributed by Shannong 483. For protein traits, 15 QTLs were obtained and most of them were located on chromosomes 1 D, 3B and 6D, while 20 QTLs for starch traits were detected and most of them were located on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B. Only 7 QTLs for protein and starch traits were co-located in three regions on chromosomes 1D, 2A and 2D. These protein and starch trait QTLs showed a distinct distribution pattern in certain regions and chromosomes. Twenty-two QTLs were clustered in 6 regions of 5 chromosomes. Two QTL clusters for protein traits were located on chromosomes 1D and 3B, respectively, three clusters for starch traits on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B, and one cluster including protein and starch traits on chromosome 1D.  相似文献
