采用球磨法将La_(1-x)Sr_xMnO_3纳米粒子与ZnO混合研磨成功制备了La_(1-x)Sr_xMnO_3/ZnO纳米复合粒子.通过透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、紫外可见分光光度计(UV-Vis)、荧光光谱仪(PL)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)和超导量子干涉仪(SQUID)对La_(1-x)Sr_xMnO_3/ZnO纳米复合粒子进行结构和性质研究,结果表明该法合成的La_(1-x)Sr_xMnO_3/ZnO纳米复合粒子平均粒径为12.1nm,几乎呈球形,大小较为均匀,室温下显示良好的光学和磁学性能,有望在光学、磁学和生物医药等领域得到应用.  相似文献

以Zn(NO3)2·6H2O为前驱体,在碱性环境中,低温水热方法直接制备了ZnO纳米棒.应用场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)、能谱仪(EDS)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对样品进行了表征;通过光催化降解亚甲基蓝来评价ZnO的光催化活性;对60℃,1~24 h范围内不同水热样品,进行了形貌观察,分析了ZnO的形核过程.结果表明:ZnO为六边棱柱状纳米棒,晶型为纤锌矿结构;ZnO纳米棒的表观生长速率约为0.7μm/h,表观形核时间约为3 min;碱性条件是影响形核的重要因素;光催化活性随水热时间的增加而增强.  相似文献

采用一罐polyol合成法,以油胺和油酸为表面活性剂,以醋酸金和乙酰丙酮合铁(Ⅲ)为金属前驱体,以1,2-十六烷基二醇为还原剂,成功制备了FeAu合金纳米粒子.通过紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和振动样品磁力计(VSM)对FeAu合金纳米粒子的结构和性能进行了研究,结果表明:该方法合成的FeAu合金纳米粒子平均粒径为5.6nm,粒径分布窄,室温下显示良好的光学和磁学特性,有望在光学、磁学、生物医药诸方面得到应用.  相似文献

以Zn(NO3)2·6H2O为主要原料,Na2CO3·10H2O为沉淀剂,采用溶液直接沉淀法制得ZnO前驱体。在不同条件下灼烧前驱体即可得到纳米ZnO粉末。用紫外一可见分光光度计、X射线衍射仪及透射电子显微镜分别对样品的紫外吸收特性、晶型、粒子形貌和尺寸等进行了表征。结果表明:所制得的纳米ZnO为六方晶系纤锌矿结构,呈球状或椭球状,在近紫外光区有一强的吸收,其对应的波长约为370nm在400℃下灼烧2h制得的纳米ZnO的紫外吸收性能最佳。  相似文献

采用电化学沉积方法,选择聚乙二醇(PEG-400)和乙二胺(EDA)为添加剂,直接在ITO导电玻璃上制备了有序阵列的ZnO纳米棒,以及ZnO纳米棒上生长纳米棒微纳分级结构。采用化学浴沉积法均匀沉积Sb2S3纳米粒子,制备了Sb2S3/ZnO纳米棒壳核结构和Sb2S3/ZnO纳米棒上生长纳米棒分级壳核结构。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-vis)、瞬态光电流等分析手段对其形貌、结构和光电化学性能进行了表征和测试。研究表明,Sb2S3/ZnO纳米棒上生长纳米棒分级壳核结构阵列膜的光电流明显高于Sb2S3/ZnO纳米棒壳核结构阵列。  相似文献

采用化学溶液沉积(CBD)法在3种不同衬底上生长ZnO纳米棒阵列, 并利用X射线衍射(XRD)、  扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、 原子力显微镜(AFM)和光致发光(PL)谱研究纳米棒的结构、 形貌和光学特性.  结果表明: 产物均为ZnO纳米棒状结构且均匀分布在衬底上, 其中在氧化铟锡(ITO)导电玻璃衬底和玻璃衬底上生长的ZnO结晶质量优于在硅衬底上生长的样品, 而纳米棒在玻璃衬底上的覆盖密度最大且取向均一; 在Si衬底上生长纳米棒的发光性能最好; 3个样品的紫外峰位均发生微小移动, 这是由于纳米棒尺寸不同导致应力发生变化所致.   相似文献

通过两步化学还原法合成了不同壳层厚度的核壳型Ru@Pt纳米粒子,采用X射线衍射光谱(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和X射线能谱(EDS)等手段对粒子的晶体结构、表面元素、微观形貌及组成进行物理表征;应用循环伏安法和交流阻抗法对电催化氧化甲醇的催化性能进行电化学测试。结果显示,制备的Ru@Pt纳米粒子直径约为2~4nm,为核壳型结构;不同Ru@Pt样品氢的脱附峰随n(Pt)∶n(Ru)比值的增大呈现先增加后减小的"山形"趋势,其中n(Pt)∶n(Ru)=0.5∶1样品的脱附峰值最高;由于核层Ru对Pt壳层产生电子效应,使核壳型纳米粒子电化学活性面积增大,且电子效应越强活性比表面积越大;随着纳米粒子电子效应的增强,其比质量活性增大,甲醇反应过程的阻抗降低。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献
