黑龙江省人口城镇化浅谈

一、人口城镇化所谓城镇化,就是指农村人口不断向城镇转移,第二、三产业不断向城镇聚集,从而使城镇数量增加,城镇规模扩大的一种历史过程。城镇化作为一种社会历史现象,既是物质文明进步的体现,也是精神文明前进的动力。城镇化作为一种历史过程,不仅是一个城镇数量与规模扩大的过程,同时也是一种城镇结构和功能转变的过程。黑龙江省的城镇人口比重较高。这些人口主要是解放后伴随着现代化大企业建立,森林,矿产资源的开发利用以及交通运输业的发达而建立发展起来的。总体来说城镇化水平在不断提高。     

城镇化过程中的金融变革

中国城镇化趋势不可避免 "城镇化"一词是中国学者近年来创造的一个新词汇,1991年,辜胜阻在《非农化与城镇化研究》中使用并拓展了"城镇化"的概念,与城市化的概念一样,"城镇化"概念也是一片百家争鸣的景象,至今尚无统一的概念.笔者以为,所谓城镇化,就是指农村人口不断向城镇转移,第二、三产业不断向城镇聚集,从而使城镇数量增加,城镇规模扩大的一种历史过程. 城镇化作为一种社会历史现象,既是物质文明进步的体现,又是精神文明前进的动力.城镇化作为一种历史过程,不仅是一个城镇数量与规模扩大的过程,同时也是一种城镇结构和功能转变的过程.这一历史过程包括四个方面:第一,城镇化是农村人口和劳动力向城镇转移的过程;第二,城镇化是第二、三产业向城镇聚集发展的过程;第三,城镇化是地域性质和景观转化的过程;第四,城镇化包括城市文明、城市意识在内的城市生活方式的扩散和传播过程.     

山东人口城镇化途径探析

城市是社会经济发展和社会劳动分工深刻变化的产物。随着工农业生产水平的提高,乡村人口不断向城镇转移,促进城镇日益发展,出现了“人口城镇化”过程。一般地说,这是社会生产发展的必然趋势,也是社会进步的标志。目前山东乡村人口过多,农业生产力较低,商品经济不发达,人口城镇化水平不高。采取什么途径实现山东人口城镇化,是一个值得认真研究的问题。本文根据本省的省情,提出应该实行控制大城市规模,合理发展中等城市、积极发展小城市、镇和集镇的方针。并建议运用中心城市扩散机制理论和增长极理论,在发展中心城市的同时,带动区域经济的发展。     

加快苏北新型城镇化发展的路径与对策

21世纪以来,苏北城镇化快速发展,城乡居民收入水平与综合实力不断提高,城镇发展空间不断优化,逐步形成了"一圈三轴"的城镇化战略格局.但同时也还存在城镇化质量不高、农民工市民化滞后、城乡差距悬殊、城镇发展方式粗放、城乡环境污染严重、城镇特色弱化等现实问题.站在新的历史起点上和面对新的发展阶段,苏北城镇化正在发生由量的扩张向质的提升转变、由城乡分割向城乡一体化转     

市域城镇体系优化研究——以河南省平顶山市为例

在城镇化进程中,城镇体系的研究和优化是一个重要的理论和现实问题,也是人文地理学研究的重要内容。该文通过对平顶山市域城镇体系的地域空间结构、城镇等级结构和城镇职能结构等问题进行剖析,探索平顶山市域城镇体系的历史演化过程,分析其形成原因,提出必须以加快城镇化进程为前提,合理规划市域城镇体系空间结构和城镇等级规模,明确市域城镇体系职能结构,以及确定中心城市的性质,老城区"东进西扩",实行宝鲁叶平一体化发展等优化对策。     

陕西省人口城镇化的发展与预测

回顾了中华人民共和国成立以来陕西人口城镇化发展的历程 ,从人口城镇化的发展水平、城镇规模等级、空间分布、职能结构和城镇化发展的社会经济条件等方面 ,分析了陕西人口城镇化的现状特征及存在问题。在此基础上 ,采用多种定量方法 ,对陕西城镇化人口进行了预测。最后 ,就城镇化发展战略、城镇主导产业发展、城镇建设投资体制改革、户籍制度及社会保障等方面 ,提出了陕西人口城镇化发展的对策建议     

浅析上饶城镇化发展战略

城镇化是一个地区由农业化向工业化迈进的必由之路,是新世纪实现跨越式发展的重要依托。上饶城镇化“起步晚,势头好,后劲强”。城市化进程已经步入了城镇化快速发展轨道。全面、客观分析当前上饶城镇化建设的后发优势和后发劣势,对上饶城镇化发展战略进行深层次的思考,积极建言献策,有利于上饶城镇建设进一步全面提升城镇功能品位。     

我国新型城镇化推进策略研究

城镇化是伴随工业化发展,非农产业在城镇集聚、农村人口向城镇集中的自然历史过程,是人类社会发展的客观趋势,是国家现代化的重要标志。按照建设中国特色社会主义五位一体总体布局,顺应发展规律,因势利导,趋利避害,积极稳妥扎实有序推进城镇化,对全面建成小康社会、加快社会主义现代化建设进程、实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦,具有重大现实意义和深远历史意义。截至2012年末,我国城镇化率已达到52.57%,有超过一半的人口居住在城镇周围,这标志着我国的社会形态已开始由乡村型逐步过渡为城镇型。本论述着重分析了我国城镇化进程中遇到的问题,并由此得出结论和提出政策建议。     

广西城镇体系结构时空分异规律研究

优化城镇体系地域结构和功能是解决区域协调发展和空间不经济的有效途径。本研究基于首位度及位序-规模法则、地统计方法和空间分析方法,从规模形态、功能结构和时空格局3个维度,系统分析了广西城镇体系演变规律,结果发现：①规模结构上,广西城镇化首位度低,空间集聚性弱,缺少大城镇和中心城镇,城镇体系结构离散性显著而聚集度不足;②功能结构上,广西城镇化发展缓慢,城镇体系分工协作弱,城镇集聚规模及其时空效益不显著;③空间结构上,广西城镇体系结构存在较弱的空间依赖性和离散性,第三产业对空间分异影响显著,但第二产业与城镇化发展关系密切,空间异质性显著。总的来说,广西需要通过优化城镇体系地域结构来集聚资源要素红利、把握发展机遇。     

基于ESDA的湖北省城镇化格局及其演变研究

利用传统统计和ESDA方法,在Arcgis和GeoDA等软件的支持下,利用全国第四次、第五次和第六次人口普查分县市统计数据,以城镇化率为测度指标,县级尺度为研究单元,对1990—2010年湖北省城镇化格局及其演变进行分析.结果表明:(1)湖北省城镇化格局的现状特征为:城镇化发展空间不均衡,城镇化中低发展水平地区占主体;主要城镇沿江沿路分布特征明显;一城独大的金字塔型城镇体系仍然较为突出.(2)近20年来,湖北省城镇化发展逐步呈现空间聚集格局,不同区域城镇化水平差异在缩小;武汉城市圈作为区域城镇化"热点区"扩散作用不断增强、辐射范围逐渐扩大;但鄂西南、鄂东北作为区域城镇化的"冷点区"基本没有改变;城镇规模体系日趋合理,特大、大城市聚集效应显著.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

Wuthering Heights, Emily Bronte＇s only novel, was published in December of 1847 under the pseudonym Ellis Bell. The book did not gain immediate success, but it is now thought one of the finest novels in the English language. Catherine is the key character of this masterpiece, because everybody and everything center on her though she had a short life. We can understand this masterpiece better if we know Catherine well.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

Characterization of Ordovician carbonate reservoirs, southeastern Saskatchewan, Canada

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3～4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰～ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰～ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084～0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078～0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.     

Design and analysis of generic LBS application developing platform

Location based services is promising due to its novel working style and contents.A software platform is proposed to provide application programs of typical location based services and support new applications developing efficiently. The analysis shows that this scheme is easy implemented, low cost and adapt to all kinds of mobile nework system.     

橡胶颗粒沥青混合料低温抗裂性试验研究

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。     

Quantitative trait loci （QTLs） for quality traits related to protein and starch in wheat

Quality traits in wheat （Triticum aestirum L.） were studied by quantitative trait locus （QTL） analysis in a recombinant inbred line （RIL） population, a set of 131 lines derived from Chuan 35050 × Shannong 483 cross （ChSh）. Grains from RILs were assayed for 21 quality traits related to protein and starch. A total of 35 putative QTLs for 19 traits with a single QTL explaining 7.99-40.52% of phenotypic variations were detected on 10 chromosomes, 1D, 2A, 2D, 3B, 3D, 5A, 6A, 6B, 6D, and 7B. The additive effects of 30 QTLs were positive, contributed by Chuan 35050, the remaining 5 QTLs were negative with the additive effect contributed by Shannong 483. For protein traits, 15 QTLs were obtained and most of them were located on chromosomes 1 D, 3B and 6D, while 20 QTLs for starch traits were detected and most of them were located on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B. Only 7 QTLs for protein and starch traits were co-located in three regions on chromosomes 1D, 2A and 2D. These protein and starch trait QTLs showed a distinct distribution pattern in certain regions and chromosomes. Twenty-two QTLs were clustered in 6 regions of 5 chromosomes. Two QTL clusters for protein traits were located on chromosomes 1D and 3B, respectively, three clusters for starch traits on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B, and one cluster including protein and starch traits on chromosome 1D.
