剑尾鱼和魣鳉的核型及银染带型和C带研究

以肾细胞作材料,采用秋水仙素-低渗-空气干燥法和Howell(1980)的方法(银染),Sumner(1972)的方法(C带),对剑尾鱼(Xiphophorushelleri)和(Belonesoxbelizanus)的核型及银染和C带进行了分析.结果显示:这两种鱼的染色体2n均为48.剑尾鱼的核型公式为2n=6st+42t,NF=48.的核型公式为2n=2m+2sm+6st+38t,NF=52.其染色体经快速银染后表明,两种鱼各有1对NORs,并均在微小染色体的着丝点上.多数染色体的着丝点区均显示出一个深浅不同的C带.

玫瑰鲃脂鲤和红鳍银鲫的核型及银染和C-带研究

报道了玫瑰鲃脂鲤(Hyphessobrycon rosaceus)和红鳍银鲫(Puntius schwanenfeldi)的核型及银染和C-带.结果显示:两种热带淡水观赏鱼的2 n均为50.玫瑰脂鲤的核型公式为2 n=24 m 12 sm 10 st 4 t,NF=86,其染色体经快速银染后,在m9染色体的短臂末端出现银染位点,多数染色体的着丝点区均显示出一个深浅不同的C-带.红鳍银鲫的核型公式为2 n=22 m 14 sm 4 st 10 t,NF=86,银染点位于m1和m2染色体的短臂末端,多数染色体为着丝粒C-带.在两种鱼中发现均有Ag-NORs联合现象,未发现有异形性染色体.     

斜带石斑鱼染色体核型分析

采用PHA、秋水仙碱腹腔注射，肾细胞直接制片法分析了斜带石斑鱼染色体核型。结果表明，斜带石斑鱼核型为：2n=48=2sm 46t,臂数：NF=50．     

言密鲈(Colisa ladia)的核型和Ag-NORs带型的研究

以肾细胞为材料，采用秋水仙素一低渗一空气干燥法、Howell的银染方法制作染色体标本．首次报道了言密鲈（Colisa ladia）的核型和NORs银染核型，研究结果表明言密鲈的染色体组型是2n=46=22m＋6sm＋8st＋10t，具有1对Ag—NORs位于A组第2对的染色体的短臂端部．     

珠江野生草鱼、赤眼鳟的核型、银染和C带比较研究

以珠江大学城江段草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)、赤眼鳟(Squaliobarbus curriculus)的肾细胞为实验材料,采用胸腔注射植物血球凝集素(PHA)、秋水仙素,低渗处理,空气干燥法制备染色体标本,分析其染色体的核型、银染(Ag-NORs)和C带.结果表明:①草鱼和赤眼鳟的染色体数目均为2n=48,草鱼核型公式和臂数分别为2n=22m+24sm+2st,NF=94,赤眼鳟的核型公式和臂数分别为2n=24m+22sm+2st,NF=94;均没有发现随体、次缢痕以及异型性染色体;②在草鱼和赤眼鳟的中期分裂相中,Ag-NORs均出现在染色体短臂的末端,且Ag-NORs的数目为4个的比例最大,但所处的位置有所不同;③草鱼和赤眼鳟的大多数染色体的着丝粒区域都有深浅不一的C带,但赤眼鳟的染色体中除了出现有着丝粒C带外,还有端部C带,而草鱼仅见着丝粒C带.     

毛腿鼠耳蝠的核型、G-带和C-带研究

使用肺、心脏等进行组织培养,用空气干燥法制作染色体标本,对毛腿鼠耳蝠(Myotis fim briatus)进行核型、G-带和C-带型分析:毛腿鼠耳蝠2n=44,有3对大型中着丝粒染色体,一对小型中着丝粒染色体,染色体总臂数(N.F)为52;常规核型和G-带核型与已发表的该属中华鼠耳蝠(M.chinensis)、西南鼠耳蝠(M.altarium)等物种一致,说明了该属动物核型具有相当的稳定性;C-带核型有丰富的端位C-带,具有一定的特殊性。     

湖侧褶蛙及阿尔泰林蛙的核型、C-带、银带研究

本文报道了产于新疆伊犁的湖侧褶蛙(Pelophylaxridibunda)及阿尔泰地区的阿尔泰林蛙(Ranaaftaica)的核型、C-带、银带。产于中欧的湖侧褶蛙的第8、11号染色体是中部着丝粒染色体,而且几乎每条染色体都有端粒区C 带,在一些染色体上还有居间区C带;而产于新疆伊犁河谷的湖侧褶蛙的第8号染色体是亚端部着丝粒染色体,第11号染色体是亚中部着丝粒染色体,只有着丝粒区C-带,没有端粒区和居间区C-带。本文认为这种染色体核型上的差异是同种不同地域种群的染色体多态现象。阿尔泰林蛙与田野林蛙的第6号染色体均为中部着丝粒染色体,本文认为两者同是欧洲林蛙群2n=26与亚洲2n=24的林蛙群的过渡种类。     

云斑车蝗核型和C-带的研究

研究了云斑车蝗 (Gastrimargusmaroratusthunberg 1815 )的核型和C一带。结果表明 :云斑车蝗的染色体数目 :2n(♂ ) =2 2 +xO =2 3,全部为端部着丝粒染色体 ;核型公式 :2n(♂ ) =2x =2 3t,NF =2 3。按相对长度云斑车蝗染色体可分成L、M、S3组。除所有染色体均有明显的着丝粒带外 ,X染色体还有端带。最长与最短染色体之比为 3 81∶1,臂比大于 2∶1的染色体在染色体组中的比例为 1。云斑车蝗的核型属“4B”核型。     

斜带髭鲷(Hapalogenys nitens)厦门养殖群体的染色体核型分析

采用尾静脉抽血法对斜带髭鲷厦门网箱养殖群体的染色体核型进行了研究,结果显示其核型公式为2n=46=4m 8sm 6st 28t,染色体总臂数NF=58,与喻子牛等对青岛近海斜带髭鲷的研究结果存在差异.通过对比发现厦门斜带髭鲷染色体2倍体数2n=46比青岛的少1对,但大型中部着丝点染色体数目又比青岛海域群体多出一对.从而推断斜带髭鲷厦门网箱养殖群体的染色体核型2n=46=4m 8sm 6st 28t可能是从核型2n=48=2m 8sm 2st 36t通过一对非同源的端部着丝点染色体经罗伯逊易位,着丝点融合形成了一中部着丝点染色体而形成的,进而造成斜带髭鲷不同地理种群间染色体的多态现象.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

Wuthering Heights, Emily Bronte＇s only novel, was published in December of 1847 under the pseudonym Ellis Bell. The book did not gain immediate success, but it is now thought one of the finest novels in the English language. Characterization of Ordovician carbonate reservoirs, southeastern Saskatchewan, Canada

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3～4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰～ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰～ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084～0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078～0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

Design and analysis of generic LBS application developing platform

Location based services is promising due to its novel working style and contents.A software platform is proposed to provide application programs of typical location based services and support new applications developing efficiently. The analysis shows that this scheme is easy implemented, low cost and adapt to all kinds of mobile nework system.     

橡胶颗粒沥青混合料低温抗裂性试验研究

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
