CaH2修饰的M-ZSM-5上C2H4选择还原NO活性研究   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:2  
研究了由CaH2修饰的M—ZSM-5(M=Mn、Fe、Ni、Ag、Cu、Co)分子筛催化剂上C2H4选择还原NO的活性.实验发现CaH2的加入使Mn-ZSM-5等催化剂上C2H4选择还原NO的活性有所提高。其中Mn—ZSM-5/10%CaH2上NO转化率提高幅度最大,400℃,提高了40%,XRD谱图表明在Mn-ZSM-5/10?H2上,钙不仅与分子筛中硅及氧反应,而且也与活性组分锰反应生成了新的化合物,TG曲线表明了生成这些化合物的温度范围。  相似文献

采用改进的共沉淀法制备锰锆镧复合氧化物(MnxZr1-xLayO2-σ)载体,然后采用等体积浸渍法负载活性组分Cu,制得铜基锰锆镧复合氧化物(Cuλ/MnxZr1-xLayO2-σ)催化剂.考察该催化剂催化CO、C3H6和NO转化反应的三效催化性能,并且利用XRD、TG和SEM等方法研究催化剂结构与性能的关系.实验结果表明:Mn:Zr:La摩尔比为0.9:0.1:0.06,Cu负载量为5%时,制得的Cu5%/Mn0.9Zr0.1La0.06O2-σ催化剂催化CO、NO和C3H6转化反应的活性良好;Mn、Zr和La能够形成稳定的Mn-Zr-La固溶体,可以有效提高催化剂的低温活性和热稳定性,并且不出现Cu、Mn、Zr或者La物种在载体表面富集的现象;因此,Cu5%/Mn0.9Zr0.1La0.06O2-σ催化剂具有良好的性能,在该催化剂上CO、C3H6和NO的起燃温度(T50)分别为112℃,253℃,210℃,完全转化温度(T90)分别为154℃、319℃和288℃,至500℃时转化率分别高达100%、97.5%和99.3%.  相似文献

以CuCl2和FeCl3原料,采用NaOH溶液中沉淀,并将沉淀物在空气中加热、氧化一还原、脱水的方法,制备不同Cu:Fe氧化物的催化荆(X=0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5、3.0),分别以各催化剂在其他条件相同的情况下,催化分解H202,测定各反应的速率常数。并进行对比,以K对X作图表示活性与配比的关系。得出Cu,Fe3-xO4 Cu:Fe(X=2.5)时催化活性最高。  相似文献

对比研究Cu-ZSM-5粉末和原位合成的Cu-ZSM-5/堇青石的水热稳定情形与相应的分解NO的催化活性。发现经过600-800℃水蒸气处理后,纯Cu-ZSM-5粉末发生了明显的失活,而经过相同条件处理的Cu-ZSM-5/堇青石活性变化不大。XRD结果显示,整体式催化剂经水热处理后结晶度下降程度小于纯Cu-ZSM-5粉末,推测认为,原位合成样品中分子筛与堇青石载体的相互作用提高了催化剂结构的水热稳定性。  相似文献

以ZSM-5纳米片(Nanosheet-ZSM-5)为前驱体,醋酸铜、硝酸银、硝酸铈和硝酸镧为改性剂,采用一步法离子交换,制备了不同金属复合改性ZSM-5纳米片催化剂,测试了其N2O催化分解性能,结合催化剂的理化性质、H2-TPR和O2-TPD等表征,研究了复合改性对催化剂N2O分解性能的影响及其原因.结果表明,Ag、Ce或La的掺入,可促进Cu-ZSM-5纳米片催化剂上活性物种的还原,加快吸附氧的脱附,从而提高了N2O的催化分解活性.经Ag、Ce复合改性还可有效提高Cu-ZSM-5纳米片催化剂的低温活性.  相似文献

NO是形成光化学烟雾、生成酸雨和破坏大气臭氧层的前驱气体之一,消除NO巳成为近几年国内外催化界的研究热点,Cu0-ZSM-5是国内外研究最成熟的催化剂,但实用性差,本研究以HAuCl4为前驱体,沉积-沉淀法制备Au/CeO2/Al2O3催化剂,用X-射线衍射(XRD)进行表征,考察了加入CeO2对Au/CeO2/Al2O3催化活性的影响。结果表明:Al2O3、CeO2/Al2O3表面的Au晶粒小,分散度高,Au/Al2O3的deNOx活性较低,而含金复合催化剂Au/CeO2/Al2O3的活性高于Au/Al2O3及Cu-ZSM-5。  相似文献

采用柠檬酸络合法制备了一系列La0.8Cu0.2Ni1-xMxO3(M分别为Mn、Fe和Co)钙钛矿复合氧化物.催化性能的测定结果表明:750℃焙烧制得的催化剂La0.8Cu0.2Ni0.8Mn0.2O3显示出良好的三效催化性能,能使贫燃条件下CO、NO和C3H6的起燃温度较低,分别为165℃、295℃和302℃,当温度高于400℃时完全转化.扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)的测试分析结果表明:La0.8Cu0.2Ni0.8Mn0.2O3因具有良好的钙钛矿晶型结构,且为纳米级晶体,所以三效催化性能良好.  相似文献

负载Pt催化剂在卤代硝基苯氢化反应中的催化性能研究   总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9  
考察了常压、303K反应条件下,γ—Al2O3、TiO2和ZrO2上负载的铂催化剂在卤代硝基苯的氢化反应中的催化性能,同时考察了过渡金属(Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni和Cu)改性Pt/ZrO2的催化性能.不同负载的铂催化剂加氢活性次序为:Pt/TiO2>Pt/γ—Al2O3>Pt/ZrO2,相应的对氯苯胺(p—CAN)选择性次序为:Pt/TiO2>Pt/ZrO2>Pt/γ—Al2O3.KBH4处理过的催化剂显示了较高的催化活性.Mn、Fe和Co的引入同时提高了Pt/ZrO2催化剂的催化活性和p—CAN选择性.PtNi/ZrO2催化剂随着Ni含量的增加,催化活性降低,但产物p—CAN的选择性都超过99%.  相似文献

通过Mn改性制备了Fe和Mn的质量比为1且Fe和Mn的质量分数均为5%(5%Fe-5% Mn/H-beta)的催化剂,通过氢气程序升温还原(H2-TPR)比较分析了Fe-Mn/H-beta、Fe/H-beta和Mn/H-beta催化剂中Fe和Mn的化学形态,考察了O2、SO2和H2O等反应条件对Fe-Mn/H-beta催化剂低温催化分解NOx的影响.结果表明,相比Fe/H-beta和Mn/H-beta,Fe-Mn/H-beta催化剂在富氧和低温条件下具有较好的催化活性,其中623K下催化剂的活性最高,NOx的转化率达到45%左右.Fe-Mn/H-beta催化剂中Fe和Mn的共存提高了Fe2O3和MnO2的含量.氧的存在促进了NOx催化分解,水蒸气和SO2对NOx催化分解有一定的抑制作用.  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

Quality traits in wheat (Triticum aestirum L.) were studied by quantitative trait locus (QTL) analysis in a recombinant inbred line (RIL) population, a set of 131 lines derived from Chuan 35050 × Shannong 483 cross (ChSh). Grains from RILs were assayed for 21 quality traits related to protein and starch. A total of 35 putative QTLs for 19 traits with a single QTL explaining 7.99-40.52% of phenotypic variations were detected on 10 chromosomes, 1D, 2A, 2D, 3B, 3D, 5A, 6A, 6B, 6D, and 7B. The additive effects of 30 QTLs were positive, contributed by Chuan 35050, the remaining 5 QTLs were negative with the additive effect contributed by Shannong 483. For protein traits, 15 QTLs were obtained and most of them were located on chromosomes 1 D, 3B and 6D, while 20 QTLs for starch traits were detected and most of them were located on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B. Only 7 QTLs for protein and starch traits were co-located in three regions on chromosomes 1D, 2A and 2D. These protein and starch trait QTLs showed a distinct distribution pattern in certain regions and chromosomes. Twenty-two QTLs were clustered in 6 regions of 5 chromosomes. Two QTL clusters for protein traits were located on chromosomes 1D and 3B, respectively, three clusters for starch traits on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B, and one cluster including protein and starch traits on chromosome 1D.  相似文献
