以多壁纳米碳管(MWCNTs)为电子媒介体和酶的吸附载体,利用层层累积的自组装技术固定葡萄糖氧化酶(GOx)的多层(MWCNTs/GOx)n复合薄膜修饰电极,制备了一种新型葡萄糖生物传感器。结果表明:传感器对葡萄糖的响应电流值随着MWCNTs/GOx复合薄膜层数的不同而变化,当MWCNTs/GOx复合薄膜的层数为6时,响应电流值达到最大。(MWCNTs/GOx)6复合薄膜修饰的葡萄糖生物传感器对3×10-2mol/L葡萄糖的响应电流为1.63μA,响应时间仅为6.7 s。该生物传感器检测的线性范围为5×10-4~1.5×10-2mol/L,最低检测浓度可达0.9×10-4mol/L。  相似文献

基于反向离子电渗透原理,构建无创血糖检测体系。利用丝网印刷工艺制备柔性全固态电极,以普鲁士蓝为电子媒介体,用葡萄糖氧化酶修饰电极制得柔性葡萄糖生物传感器。对传感器的各项修饰条件进行优化,用计时电流法检验其性能,建立起体外葡萄糖溶液定量检测体系。结果表明:在低浓度区对葡萄糖的线性响应范围为0.5~6.5 mmol/L,相关系数(R)为0.993 3,检出限为0.1 mmol/L;高浓度区的线性响应范围为6.5~19.0 mmol/L,相关系数0.992 3。用3D打印制作模拟检测装置,在猪皮上模拟活体电渗透过程进行皮下葡萄糖定量检测。皮下葡萄糖浓度在2.0~14.0 mmol/L范围内,传感器的响应电流与其有较好的相关性(R=0.992 9),浓度范围满足日常血糖检测的需求。为进一步研制实用型无创血糖仪奠定了良好的基础。  相似文献

用循环伏安法在玻碳电极上电聚合一层稳定的中性红聚合物膜,研究了这层膜在0.1mol/L磷酸缓冲溶液(pH7.0)中的电化学性质.用Nafion将葡萄糖氧化酶(GOD)和纳米金固定于中性红修饰的玻碳电极表面,制成了新型葡萄糖生物传感器.实验发现,加入纳米金后提高了该传感器的灵敏度,对葡萄糖的线性响应范围为1.0×10-5~1.2×10-3mol/L,检测下限为5.0×10-6mol/L.该传感器制备方法简单、灵敏度高、稳定性好,并具有抗抗坏血酸、抗尿酸干扰的特点.  相似文献

黄曲霉毒素与其氧化酶接触时会发生氧化还原反应,产生过氧化氢及其他产物。本研究采用酶电极生物传感器,将黄曲霉毒素氧化酶固定在醋酸纤维素载体膜上,制备电流型电化学酶电极。在SBA流动注射分析仪器上安装黄曲霉毒素氧化酶电极,检测黄曲霉毒素含量。结果表明,黄曲霉毒素酶电极对黄曲霉毒素具有良好的响应特征,测定精密度(RSD)为1.20%(n=10),线性范围为0 ~100 μg/L(R2=0.999 6),加标回收率为96%~102.4%。因此,本研究建立的酶电极分析法可用于玉米中黄曲霉毒素B1的检测。  相似文献

将合成的二氧化锆纳米材料修饰到玻碳电极上面。在此基础上,还修饰了金纳米颗粒,构建了电化学生物传感器用来检测葡萄糖。纳米结构的二氧化锆作为金属氧化物,不仅生物相容性好,而且灵敏度高。此外,修饰的金纳米颗粒可以提高导电性,促进固定化的蛋白质和电极基质之间的电子转移。结果发现葡萄糖的检测范围是0. 01~20. 0 mmol/L,检测线为7. 52μmol/L,并且响应速度快,表明合成的材料对葡萄糖的成功检测。  相似文献

研究了在铂丝电极上电聚合一层带正电的2氨基吡啶膜,然后再利用层层自组装技术固定纳米金、电子媒介体硫堇及辣根过氧化氢酶,从而制备了由辣根过氧化氢酶/纳米金/硫堇/纳米金/聚2氨基吡啶膜修饰的酶生物传感器.实验中探讨了聚合层数、温度、pH值等对电极响应的影响.结果表明该传感器在H2O2浓度6·0×10-7~1·3×10-3mol/L范围内呈线性响应,检出限为2·1×10-7mol/L.此外,该传感器具有好的稳定性和选择性,能有效排除抗坏血酸、柠檬酸、葡萄糖等常见物质的干扰.  相似文献

以自组装在金电极上的L-半胱胺酸(L-cys)为基底沉积普鲁士蓝(PB),滴加氨基硅烷(APTES)后固定纳米金(Nano-Au),结合血红蛋白(HB),利用PB和HB对过氧化氢(H_2O_2)的催化作用,制备了H_2O_2传感器。该修饰电极在H_2O_2浓度为4.0×10~(-8)~1.0×10~(-5)mol/L范围内与电流有线性响应,线性相关系数R=0.998 0。实验证明,HB/Nano-Au/APTES/L-cys@PB修饰电极显著提高了传感器的灵敏度,增强了稳定性,拓宽了线性响应范围并降低了检测下限。  相似文献

用循环伏安法在玻碳电极表面电沉积了一层稳定的甲苯胺蓝聚合物膜,以此作为电子传递介体,结合多壁碳纳米管、壳聚糖(CHIT)、葡萄糖氧化酶(GOD)混合包埋制备出一种新型葡萄糖生物传感器.实验结果显示,用此法制备的传感器对葡萄糖的线性响应范围为5.0×10-6~2.0×10-2mol/L,线性相关系数为0.9969,检测限为1×10-6,响应时间为3.2 s,并具有抗尿酸、抗坏血酸等干扰的特点.  相似文献

以聚酰亚胺为基底原料,通过物理混合方法掺杂金属离子,制备了聚酰亚胺/金属离子修饰的玻碳电极,用于检测过氧化氢.通过对所制备的电极表面进行形貌表征,优化金属离子种类、金属离子浓度、电解质溶液pH值、传感器工作的初始电位等参数,制备出性能优良的过氧化氢电化学传感器.对过氧化氢检测的线性范围为10~3000μmol/L,检测限为0.645μmol/L,响应时间3.46 s.所制备的聚酰亚胺/金属离子电极具有良好的操作稳定性及使用寿命.既为过氧化氢电化学传感器提供了性能优良的基础材料,又为聚酰亚胺的应用提供了新的研究平台.  相似文献

研究了制备金属-卟啉凝胶膜的方法、原理及制备solgel膜的最佳条件.用该法测定Cd2+,Zn2+,Hg2+的线性范围分别为:10~500μg/L,8~700μg/L和10~700μg/L.最小检出限为1.2μg/L,测得长春南湖水中Cd2+的浓度为20μg/L,相对平均偏差为14.9%.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献
