工欲善其事 必先利其器

安徽英德利实业有限责任公司安庆机床有限公司开发的3MM7780精密卧式钢球研球机是轴承钢球最终精加工设备。我公司从07年开始研发3MM7780精密卧式钢球研球机，在研发过程中，我们认识到虽然钢球加工的工艺原理基本相同，结构型式和布局基本相似，但是精度、刚度、抗振性能各方面有不同。通过研发和创新，不断提高设计和制造技术水平，重点提升精度、性能、功能、寿命和可靠性。因此，我们在以下关键技术上取得了突破：     

我国钢球生产工艺装备及发展展望

钢球加工工序为：盘料通过冷镦球坯→磨削环带（光球机）→软磨（磨球机）→热处理→硬磨（磨球机）→初研（研球机）→精研（研球机）→超精研（研球机）。球坯必须通过所有加工流程方可最终成球。根据工序要求，钢球加工设备既可单机生产，又可组成连线加工。国内钢球加工连线一般配置为：1台高速冷镦机、1台光球机、1台磨球机、3撕台研球机。     

用数控仿形头加工大直径高精度内球曲面的研讨

采用加工中心及附件数控仿形头加工形状复杂,精度较高的零件是一种先进的工艺方法.本文简要地介绍了G60T-CNC800加工中心的功能.叙述了用数控仿形头加工大直径、高精度内球曲面的全部过程,并编制出相应的加工程序,为加工类似的高难度零件,提供了一种新的方法.     

三坐标测量机测量误差的试验研究

操作不规范等诸多因素导致采用三坐标测量机测量的误差较大。为了探索操作方法、测球直径、测头进给方向与被测表面夹角和数据处理方法对测量精度的影响,设计了一种操作方法对测量精度影响的试验。该试验通过在两种测量模式下对高精度量块进行测量,研究了测头直径、测头进给方向与被测面之间的夹角对测量精度的影响。用MATLAB编程对测球中心点数据进行处理,与设备自带软件测量数据进行比较,研究了不同数据处理方法对测量误差的影响。分析了产生测量误差的原因,该研究对提高测量精度和研究数据处理方法有很好的参考价值。     

足球机器人系统仿真中的数学模型

讨论了机器人足球比赛现实世界中各个实体的运行规律,建立了受非完整约束的移动机器人以及球的运动模型,并提出采用几何方法求解机器人运动模型精确解,以提高仿真精度,减少计算量·给出了机器人之间以及机器人与场地围墙、小球之间的碰撞模型,并分析了2个机器人之间的碰撞过程·为构建和开发足球机器人系统仿真平台与机器人的运动控制提供了模型基础     

齿轮研合剂

我校与电子工业部第46所合作研制的齿轮研合剂(原名齿轮研光剂),能在满载下使齿轮得到快速研合,并且不会产生胶合等损伤,很好地解决了国内外过去没有解决的在满载下使齿轮得到快速研合的问题。用研合剂研合后的齿轮,各单项精度都有所提高。齿面粗糙度可以明显降低,齿轮接触面可达100％,基节精度和齿形精度可提高一级。 由于研合可以在满载下进行,研合后的轮齿,已经消除了安装误差和各种变形误差。其结果不但相当于进行了各种修形,而且“修形”量是最符合实际的。因此,用这种研合剂研合,     

机床主轴/刀具联结系统的扩张理论与方法

应用弹性力学理论分析了高速状态下离心力对主轴/刀具联结系统特性的影响,提出了主轴装夹刀柄时的过盈量与脱松角速度、主轴外径与刀柄内径之间的关系,同时还提出了主轴/刀具联结系统在离心力作用下膨胀后联结间隙与过盈量之间的关系.研究表明,合理设计机床主轴外径与刀柄内径之间的关系、正确选择刀柄材料以及结构能有效防止机床主轴/刀具联结系统的弹性变形,提高机床的加工精度.     

蓖麻油粘滞系数与温度关系实验的研究

采用落球法研究了蓖麻油的粘滞系数与温度的关系。通过测量小球在不同温度的蓖麻油中下落的速度,计算出粘滞系数,利用计算机软件进行辅助处理,得出了甘油的粘滞系数与温度关系的经验公式。

该项目研制的高精度镍白铜笔头采用超精密切削加工技术和精密测量技术加工而成。产品生产工艺和装备先进,笔头加工精度达5um。该项目主要解决人球座体与球珠装配配合问题,使笔头书写性能达到较好的效果;解决了笔头露珠尺寸变化过大的问题,使露珠尺寸变化掌握在0.005mm范围之内;解决了球珠表面粗糙度及形位公差对笔头质量影响　的问题,确定了各种墨水笔头的球座体与球珠配合的相关技术参数;掌握了60多种墨水因各类墨水的粘度、颗粒、润滑度等物理性能不同,需调整球座体与球珠之间的配合。项目超市     

齿轮传动链传动精度的统计分析

建立了齿轮传动链传动误差与各齿轮加工误差之间的函数关系;按误差统计分布规律导出了传动链传动精度计算式,按此式设计齿轮传动,可降低齿轮加工的精度等级     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

Wuthering Heights, Emily Bronte＇s only novel, was published in December of 1847 under the pseudonym Ellis Bell. The book did not gain immediate success, but it is now thought one of the finest novels in the English language. Catherine is the key character of this masterpiece, because everybody and everything center on her though she had a short life. We can understand this masterpiece better if we know Catherine well.     

Characterization of Ordovician carbonate reservoirs, southeastern Saskatchewan, Canada

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3～4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰～ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰～ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084～0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078～0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

Design and analysis of generic LBS application developing platform

Location based services is promising due to its novel working style and contents.A software platform is proposed to provide application programs of typical location based services and support new applications developing efficiently. The analysis shows that this scheme is easy implemented, low cost and adapt to all kinds of mobile nework system.     

橡胶颗粒沥青混合料低温抗裂性试验研究

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
