阿霉素与肺癌单克隆抗体交联物的制备及其生物活性   总被引:1,自引:2,他引:1  
以氧化葡聚糖法制备阿霉素(ADM)与肺癌单克隆抗体_3D_3(McAb_3D_3)的交联物ADM-Dex-McAb_3D_3,ADM与McAb_3D_3克分子比为46:1.经IFA测定,交联物的抗体活性大部分保持.体外细胞毒试验显示,ADM-Dex-McAb_3D_3对肺癌细胞L_(342)的杀伤作用比游离ADM增强,其50%的杀伤浓度分别为1.12μmol/L和2.23μmol/L;对非靶细胞MG_(c-803)和BEL_(-7402)的毒性很弱,50%杀伤浓度分别为17.45μmol/L和23.81μmol/L结果提示McAb_3D_3具有导向作用,可以携带结合的ADM特异地杀伤肿瘤细胞。  相似文献

本文采用丙烯酸甲酯(MA)、丙烯酸乙酯(EA)和丙烯酸丁酯(BA).用铈离子引发将其与罗布麻纤维接枝共聚。结果表明:当[Ce4+]为10×10-2mol/L、[H+]为8×10-2mol/L、[Mo]为12×10-2mol/L、40℃反应3小时可得最大接枝率。在本文实验条件下,单体反应活性顺序为MA>BA>EA。  相似文献

在PH=5.0HAc-NaAc缓冲介质中,溴化十六烷基吡啶(CPB)存在下,Te(IV)与过量的二磺基苯基荧光酮(DSF)生成1:4稳定络合物,λmax=555nm,ε=1.35*10^5L.mol^-1.cm^-1,Te(IV)在0-10μg/25mL内符合比尔定律。方法用于硒中微量碲的测定,结果令人满意。  相似文献

采用循环伏安法制备了邻苯二胺电聚合膜。研究了聚邻苯二胺(ODB)合成过程中单体浓度、扫描速率、溶液中氢离子浓度、电极材料、阴离子种类、聚合时间等对聚合电量的影响,提出了最佳聚合方案,即在0.015mol/LODB+0.4mol/LKCl+0.1mol/LHCl溶液中,以100mV·s-1的速率循环扫描50min。根据红外光谱初步推测:单体浓度低时可聚合形成类似吩嗪的桥式化学结构;而浓度高时形成1,2,4取代的链式结构。  相似文献

研究了新荧光试剂3,5-二溴水杨醛缩4-氨基安替比林(简称:3,5-DBSAAP)与铜的荧光猝灭反应体系的最适宜的条件。3,5-DBSAAP发射强的荧光,λex/en=393nm/510nm。在pH9.0的NH3-NH4Cl缓冲介质中,Cu(Ⅱ)与3,5-DBSAAP在室温反应使其荧光猝灭。据此建立了铜的分析方法,线性范围为1.6×10^-5mol/L ̄1.2×10^-7mol/L。用于测定人发中  相似文献

用胶原酶消化分离小牛肾上腺髓质嗜铬细胞,10-4mol/L乙酰胆碱(Ach)促进细胞儿茶酚胺的分泌,其作用具有Ca2+依赖性,回归方程r=-3.290+5.275x,相关系数R=0.9910>>α0.01=0.7980.高K+(65mmol/L)使膜去极化,也促进细胞儿茶酚胺的分泌,在一定范围内与Ca2+浓度呈正相关,回归方程y=1.376+5.337x,相关系数R=0.9856>>α0.01=0.7981.磷酸川芎嗪(TMP)浓度为10-4~10-7mol/L时,能抑制Ach促进的分泌作用,10-3~10-7mol/L时能抑制高K+促进的分泌作用.  相似文献

在聚乙烯醇存在下,钌与钼酸盐和乙基罗丹明B(ERB)形成有色离子缔合物。最佳反应条件为「HClO4」=1.2mol.L^-1,「MoO^2-4」=6.8*10^-4mol.L^-1,「ERB」=3.2*10^-5mol.L^-1,w(PVA)=0.08%。缔合物的最大吸收位于575nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=2.32*10^6L.mol^-1.cm^-1,钌量在0-24μg.L^-1范围内服从比耳定  相似文献

以葡萄糖为有机底物,与-BrO3--Mn2+-H2SO4-丙酮组成振荡反应体系,在恒温条件下进行振荡反应。结果表明:反应有诱导期,体系电导(L)不随时间(t)变化;振荡周期,L随t发生周期变化,溶液颜色在粉红色与无色之间交替变化,有典型的振荡波型。诱导期及振荡周期反应的表观活化能分别为84.275kJ/mol和98.153kJ/mol。体系振荡反应物浓度范围[葡萄糖]0.01~0.02mol/L,[BrO3-]0.03~0.045mol/L,[Mn2+]0.06~0.08mol/L,[丙酮]0.27~0.30mol/L,[H2SO4]0.8~1.2mol/L。振荡反应有Br2产生,Br2准一级消耗速率常数kBr2=1.6×10-5S-。对温度、反应物浓度、丙酮、Mn2+、Cl-、底物对振荡反应的影响作了探讨。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献
