动态驱动LCD视频控制芯片的设计

介绍了一种功能较完备的动态驱动LCD视频控制芯片的设计．通过借鉴已有的同类显示控制器的设计经验,完成了系统的功能定义和系统结构设计．根据“自顶向下”的设计思想,将系统进行层次化功能划分,并用Verilog硬件描述语言对各模块进行了RTL实现．对电路的逻辑功能和时序关系用Modelsim软件进行了仿真验证,结果表明该动态驱动LCD视频控制芯片实现了预定的设计指标．     

LCD定标器中输入格式测量的设计实现

从LCD(液晶显示器)显示系统中定标器的输入视频信号和定标器工作参数入手,分析和确定需要测量的输入控制信号极性、输入信号周期特性和输入信号有效区域特性等参数．提出用计数器标定各输入信号间时序关系的测量构思和原理,实现输入格式测量的目的．在实现测量的过程中,设置寄存器保存各标定时刻点计数器的值,根据各时刻点的对应关系得到测量结果．该设计可以快速准确地测量输入信号格式,满足定标器稳定工作的需要．     

一种LCD显示控制器的设计与实现

从LCD显示控制器芯片的设计方案,介绍了LCD控制器的特性,重点描述了该LCD控制器中主要模块的设计.用Verilog硬件描述语言对所设计的系统进行了功能描述和仿真、验证,并给出了RTL级的仿真波形.该LCD显示控制器具有较好的可移植性,稍作改动就可以应用于不同类型的LCD显示控制.     

平板显示器中定标器的时序约束条件

在分析平板显示器中的定标器系统结构的基础上,提出了三个时序约束条件：定标器输出的显示帧速率必须和输入的帧速率一致;异步FIFO不能上溢和下溢;Line Buffer不上溢和下溢,并推导了相应的公式．当满足这三个约束条件时,定标器中的FIFO和行缓冲区不会上溢或下溢,显示帧与输入帧同步,解决了定标器的时序问题．用硬件描述语言对定标器芯片进行了仿真,结果显示,每一行的数据输入结束时间早于数据读出结束时间,同时这两者的时差小于输入数据时间,输入行数与输出行数始终相差5行左右,小于行缓冲区的行数,很好地验证了提出的理论．     

嵌入式系统外围接口电路的复杂可编程逻辑器件实现

为简化PCB布板。增强系统功能，提高系统的速度、抗干扰性、可靠性．提出一种用Altera公司CPLD芯片EPM7128S实现MCU外围接口电路的方法．在环境监测仪的MCU外围接口电路中．根据其功能结构与宏单元特点。利用VerilogHDL硬件描述语言和MAXplus-Ⅱ设计工具软件．在单片CPLD上设计了MCU与A／D转换芯片、FlashMemory、LCD及键盘4个模块的接口电路．对各个模块进行了编译、综合和仿真．实验表明．在一片CPLD芯片EPM7128S上。可实现多种接口功能．简化接口硬件连接．提高译码速度，编程方便灵活．     

基于VMM的LTE小区搜索模块验证

随着芯片设计规模和复杂度的增加,功能验证变得越来越复杂,验证面临着诸多挑战。有统计数据显示,验证工作占整个设计开发工作60%～80%的时间。在长期演进系统(long term evolution,LTE)中,小区搜索是一个非常关键的过程,是移动终端开机后首先要做的步骤。小区搜索的性能好坏直接影响LTE系统后续过程的进行,对LTE系统的性能有很大的影响。以LTE系统小区搜索模块为例,简要介绍了VMM(verifacation methodology man-ual)验证方法学,并基于VMM验证方法学搭建了小区搜索模块验证平台,对小区搜索模块进行了全面的功能验证。验证结果表明,本模块能够完成预期的目标,采用VMM验证方法学可以极大地提高验证效率,缩短验证周期。     

基于神经网络专家系统的信息智能分拣

针对同步物流系统中信息过剩问题，提出了基于神经网络专家系统的信息智能分拣方案．根据功能需求进行了系统模型结构设计和软件结构设计，对关键模块设计原理和部分代码进行说明，并给出了一个应用实例进行了验证．     

基于SOPC的液晶图形显示系统设计

为了克服传统液晶图形显示系统成本高、可移植性差等缺点,设计了基于SOPC（system on programmable chip）的液晶图形显示系统.介绍了该系统的总体结构和各功能模块,利用Avalon总线将Nios Ⅱ、数据缓存区以及LCD控制器联系起来.在对LP064V1真彩液晶屏工作时序分析的基础上,详细介绍了LCD时序产生器的VHDL设计,实现为LCD提供扫描时序信号和图形数据的功能,并给出在Nios Ⅱ IDE中,控制系统进行图形显示的C语言编程思路.该方案接口灵活,操作简便,移植性好,便于扩展,可很好地降低系统成本.     

带并行总线基于USB接口芯片的系统级设计及实现

基于USBl．1规范，着重讨论了带并行总线的USB接口芯片系统级设计，给出了状态机设计和概念性功能框图，深入探讨了关键模块的功能和实现方案及方法，最后给出了流片成功即设计符合设计规范的结果，该芯片性价比高，可应用于成像类、海量存储器件、通信器件等领域．     

一种基于DRFM的数字PARC设计

传统的定标器已不能满足对多极化SAR雷达的标定需求,迫切需要采用一种新型的标定方法对多极化SAR雷达的极化特性及精度进行标定。该文首先对极化定标器进行了系统级的概述,并对现有极化定标器的局限与不足进行了定性分析。在此基础上,提出了一种基于DRFM的数字化极化有源定标器(Polarimetric Active Radar calibrator,PARC)的设计,对设备组成、功能与原理进行了详细论述,为未来PARC的设计提供了一种新的思路。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

Wuthering Heights, Emily Bronte＇s only novel, was published in December of 1847 under the pseudonym Ellis Bell. Characterization of Ordovician carbonate reservoirs, southeastern Saskatchewan, Canada

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3～4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰～ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰～ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084～0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078～0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.

Design and analysis of generic LBS application developing platform

Location based services is promising due to its novel working style and contents.A software platform is proposed to provide application programs of typical location based services and support new applications developing efficiently. The analysis shows that this scheme is easy implemented, low cost and adapt to all kinds of mobile nework system.     

橡胶颗粒沥青混合料低温抗裂性试验研究

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
