采用以污泥+葡萄糖为有机底物,硫酸根离子为电子受体、碳毡吸附固定化硫酸盐还原菌为生物阴极、碳布为阳极的双室微生物燃料电池,处理模拟酸性重金属矿井废水.构建不同的外接电阻(分别为100Ω、1000Ω)MFC系统和开路常规生化处理对比,废水初始pH=4,Zn2+、Cu2+、Cd2+、Pb2+、总Fe初始质量浓度均为20mg/L.结果表明,MFC外接电阻100Ω时,对Zn2+、Cu2+、Cd2+、Pb2+、总Fe的去除率分别达到99.45%、99.68%、99.65%、98.34%、98.99%;COD、SO2-4的最大降解速率分别为83.4和23.9mg·L-1·d-1,比开路常规生化处理分别提高了15%和181%;同时pH有效提升至中性.表明了微生物燃料电池的对于传统生物法处理酸性矿井废水有预调节作用.  相似文献

对比研究空气阴极单室与双室微生物燃料电池(MFC)在去除硫化物及产电性能。当硫化物浓度为100mg/L,共基质葡萄糖浓度为812 mg/L时,单室和双室MFC的最大开路电压分别达897.2 m V和821.7 m V,最大输出功率分别为340.0 m W/m~2和273.8 m W/m~2,库仑效率分别为5.6%和10.7%,单室MFC表现出更好的电能输出,而双室MFC的能量转化效率更高。单室MFC运行72小时后,含硫化物废水中的硫化物去除率为75.4%。含硫化物废水中的有机质也可以得到同步去除,TOC的去除率为17.8%。上述结果表明利用MFC去除硫化物并同步产电是可行的,阴极是系统的主要限制因素。  相似文献

本工艺首先从啤酒酿造废水中分离啤酒酵母泥用作饲料蛋白源,是对啤酒酿造废水的前处理.然后,将清液COD_(Cr)控制在1万至3万mg/L之间,用于中温厌氧消化生产新能源(沼气).容积产气率为5—13m~3/m~3·d,COD_(Cr)去除率为96%.采用理化方法对中温厌氧消化排出液进行后处理,可使排出液COD_(Cr)降至78—235mg/L,达到四川环境污染物(试行)排放标准.  相似文献

根据含表面活性剂的高浓度日化废水水质特性,采用了混凝-厌氧-好氧处理工艺.该工艺试验运行结果表明,在进水CODcr20000mg/L左右,混凝沉淀和好氧反应对高浓度日化废水的去除率分别达到90%以上和78%以上,该试验对工程上处理高浓度日化废水具有较好的指导意义.  相似文献

降解苯的微生物燃料电池产电性能研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
 通过构建填料型微生物燃料电池(microbial fuel cell,MFC),对葡萄糖、苯为单一燃料和葡萄糖+苯混合燃料条件下MFC的产电性能及苯的降解效果进行了研究。试验结果表明,1 000 Ω外电阻条件下,以1 500 mg/L葡萄糖作为单一燃料时,MFC可获得的最高功率密度为228 mW/m2(阳极),相应的体积功率密度为205 W/m3(按阳极室有效体积计算); 以1 000 mg/L苯作为单一燃料时,最高功率密度为95 mW/m2(阳极),体积功率密度为09 W/m3;以1 000 mg/L葡萄糖+600 mg/L苯为混合燃料时,最高功率密度为288 mW/m2 (阳极),相应的体积功率密度为259 W/m3。1 000 mg/L葡萄糖+600 mg/L苯混合燃料情况下,MFC在24 h内可将苯完全降解,产电周期结束时MFC的 COD去除率在95%以上。以1 500 mg/L葡萄糖和1 000 mg/L葡萄糖+600 mg/L苯分别作为燃料时,MFC可获得的库仑〖JP2〗效率分别为157%和23%。结果表明,MFC能够利用苯作为燃料,在实现高效降解的同时可稳定地向外输出电能,这为苯类难降解有机物的高效低耗处理提供了新的研究思路。  相似文献

为了寻求有效处理高浓度难降解制药废水及工业有机废水的方法,采用以聚丙烯拉西环为填料的上流式污泥床一过滤器复合式厌氧反应器处理生产病毒唑的制药废水.试验结果表明:当水力停留时间为6.910h,进水COD质量浓度为7000 mg/L、有机负荷达25.05 kg/(m3·d)时,COD去除率可达72.8%,出水COD质量浓度为1900 mg/L左右,同时,填料上生物膜对COD的去除率为32%~47%,且能截留大量污泥.  相似文献

对城市生活污水厂的好氧活性污泥进行厌氧改性,利用改性后的厌氧污泥对高浓度硫酸盐废水进行处理;考察不同有机碳源、体系初始pH值、接种污泥质量、起始硫酸根质量浓度、初始ρ(COD)/ρ(SO42-)、亚铁离子及通N2方式等因素对厌氧污泥还原硫酸根能力的影响.间歇式试验结果表明:在以乳酸钠为有机碳源,pH值为7,接种污泥质量为20 g,初始硫酸根质量浓度为3 g/L,ρ(COD)/ρ(SO42-)为1.45,不加亚铁离子及通入N2的条件下,硫酸根的去除率最高;在间歇式试验最优条件进行丰连续试验,硫酸根去除率均大于90%,表明在ρ(COD)/ρ(SO42-)较低的条件下,能快速启动反应器,高效处理高浓度硫酸盐废水.  相似文献

pH值对猪粪废水微生物燃料电池产电性能的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
构建了以布阴极组为空气阴极的单室微生物燃料电池,并将其应用于猪粪废水的处理与产电.重点考察了阳极液pH值对猪粪废水处理和产电性能的影响.结果表明,阳极液pH=10时MFC的产电和废水处理性能最佳,输出功率密度达到2.10W/m3,与阳极液pH=6和pH=8时的电池相比,输出功率分别提高约2.7倍和1.9倍.同时,阳极液pH=10时,COD去除率和氨氮去除率也分别达到86.7%和92.8%,比阳极液pH=6和pH=8时MFC的COD去除率提高了约13.8%和6.7%;氨氮去除率提高了约5.3%和3.5%.本研究表明,调控阳极液pH值能够有效强化猪粪废水处理和产电,为猪粪废水资源化处理提供了一条新途径.  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
