传统的文本情感分析主要基于情感词典、机器学习以及传统的神经网络模型等实现特征的提取及情感的分类,但由于语料简短及特征稀疏,使得这类情感分析方法取得的效果不理想。因此,提出采用基于Self-Attention机制的卷积神经网络(CNN)和双向长短时记忆网络(BI-LSTM)相结合的模型结构(SCBILSTM模型)对微博文本进行情感分析,SCBILSTM利用双向循环神经网络对文本上下文进行特征提取,并利用CNN进行局部特征提取,在此基础上添加自注意力机制,在通过网络爬虫抓取的微博数据集上和其他模型进行对比实验,验证本文中所提出的模型有效提升了文本分类的准确率。  相似文献

为解决现有情感分类算法在特征提取中缺乏对语义关联规则的运用,以及在分词后产生大量与情感预测无关的词,导致挖掘出的特征不具代表性的问题。提出一种融合粗糙数据推理的卷积记忆网络情感分析模型。通过上下文信息使用粗糙数据推理获得文本的情感词集Word2Vec词向量表示,并融合FastText词向量来改进特征向量嵌入层。其次使用卷积神经网络(CNN)拼接双向长短期记忆网络(BiLSTM)提取更深层次的情感特征。最后加入Attention机制计算权重,筛选显著重要特征。通过多组对比实验表明该模型具有较高的准确率和F1值,有效提升了情感分类的预测能力。  相似文献

卷积神经网络(CNN)和循环神经网络(RNN)已经被证明在文本情感分析中是有效的文本表示模型。然而,CNN只考虑连续词之间的局部信息,忽略了词语之间长距离的上下文依赖信息,在前向传播的过程中池化操作会丢失一部分语义信息; RNN在文本长度较短的情况下相比CNN并没有展现应有的优势。本文通过融合CNN和基于注意力机制的双向长短期记忆(ATTBiLSTM)网络提取的特征,提高模型的文本表示能力,同时为了防止过拟合,采取dropout策略。在中科院谭松波博士整理的酒店评论数据集上进行实验,结果表明本文提出的模型相比基线模型可以提取出更丰富的特征,效果较基线模型有所提升。  相似文献

为提高文本分类的准确性和效率,构建了一种基于Attention的CNN-BiLSTM/BiGRU(简称CBLGA)混联文本分类模型.首先通过并联不同卷积窗口大小的CNN(Convolutional Neural Networks)网络同时提取多种局部特征,之后将数据输入至BiLSTM和BiGRU并联组合模型中,利用BiLSTM和BiGRU组合提取了与文本中的上下文有密切关系的全局特征,最后对两个模型所得到的特征值进行了融合并在其中引入了注意力机制.构建基于Attention的CNN-BiLSTM/CNN(简称CBLCA)混联文本分类模型,特点是将CNN的输出分为两部分,其中一部分输入BiLSTM网络中,另一部分则直接和BiLSTM网络的输出进行融合,既保留了CNN提取的文字序列局部特征,又利用了BiLSTM网络提取出的全局特征.实验表明CBLGA模型和CBLCA模型在准确率和效率方面均实现了有效提升.最后,建立了一套针对不同长度的文本进行相应预处理和后续分类工作的分类的流程,使模型无论面对长文本还是短文本数据,均实现了同时提高文本分类的准确率和效率的目标.  相似文献

传统机器学习和深度学习模型在处理情感分类任务时会忽略情感特征词的强度,情感语义关系单薄,造成情感分类的精准度不高。本文提出一种融合情感词典的改进型BiLSTM-CNN+Attention情感分类算法。首先,该算法通过融合情感词典优化特征词的权重;其次,利用卷积神经网络(CNN)提取局部特征,利用双向长短时记忆网络(BiLSTM)高效提取上下文语义特征和长距离依赖关系;再结合注意力机制对情感特征加成;最后由Softmax分类器实现文本情感预测。实验结果表明,本文提出的情感分类算法在精确率、召回率和F值上均有较大提升。相较于TextCNN、BiLSTM、LSTM、CNN和随机森林模型,本文方法的F值分别提高2.35%、3.63%、4.36%、2.72%和6.35%。这表明该方法能够充分融合情感特征词的权重,利用上下文语义特征,提高情感分类性能。该方法具有一定的学术价值和应用前景。  相似文献

医疗文本具有实体密度高、句式冗长等特点,简单的神经网络方法不能很好地捕获其语义特征,因此提出一种基于预训练模型的混合神经网络方法。首先使用预训练模型获取动态词向量,并提取实体标记特征;然后通过双向长短期记忆网络获取医疗文本的上下文特征,同时使用卷积神经网络获取文本的局部特征;再使用注意力机制对序列特征进行加权,获取文本全局语义特征;最后将实体标记特征与全局语义特征融合,并通过分类器得到抽取结果。在医疗领域数据集上的实体关系抽取实验结果表明,新提出的混合神经网络模型的性能比主流模型均有提升,说明这种多特征融合的方式可以提升实体关系抽取的效果。  相似文献

【目的】针对使用船舶自动识别系统(automatic identification system, AIS)数据进行船舶类型识别中原始特征较少和时空特征利用不充分的问题,提出了基于数据块的双向长短期记忆卷积神经网络的渔船类型分类方法。【方法】首先将数据以数据块的形式输入模型,保留短时内的时序特征;然后利用宽卷积核深度卷积神经网络(wide convolutional kernel deep convolutional neural network, WDCNN)模型首层的大卷积对数据进行特征提取;最后采用双向长短期记忆网络(bidirectional long-short-term memory networks, BiLSTM)提取数据的深层时间信息,得到最终的船舶分类结果。【结果】在真实的船舶AIS数据集上进行测试后发现:本模型较主流船舶分类模型对渔船分类的正确率有一定的提升,F1值达到了5%左右的提高。【结论】本试验模型更有利于海事部门对渔船的监管,同时对海上渔场、鱼群分布的研究也有一定的参考价值。  相似文献

针对文本中关键信息被忽略以及分类准确率不高的问题,提出一种加权word2vec的卷积神经网络(CNN)与ATT-BiGRU混合神经网络情感分析模型.由于word2vec生成的词向量无法突出文本关键词的作用,因此引入词频-逆文档频率(TF-IDF)算法计算词汇权重值.然后,将加权运算后的词向量输入CNN与ATT-BiGRU混合模型提取隐含特征.该模型通过卷积神经网络(CNN)和基于注意力机制的双向门限循环单元(ATT-BiGRU)分别提取文本特征,以此来提高文本的表示能力.多组实验对比结果表明,与其他算法相比较,该模型的分类准确率最高且耗费时间代价小.  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

Quality traits in wheat (Triticum aestirum L.) were studied by quantitative trait locus (QTL) analysis in a recombinant inbred line (RIL) population, a set of 131 lines derived from Chuan 35050 × Shannong 483 cross (ChSh). Grains from RILs were assayed for 21 quality traits related to protein and starch. A total of 35 putative QTLs for 19 traits with a single QTL explaining 7.99-40.52% of phenotypic variations were detected on 10 chromosomes, 1D, 2A, 2D, 3B, 3D, 5A, 6A, 6B, 6D, and 7B. The additive effects of 30 QTLs were positive, contributed by Chuan 35050, the remaining 5 QTLs were negative with the additive effect contributed by Shannong 483. For protein traits, 15 QTLs were obtained and most of them were located on chromosomes 1 D, 3B and 6D, while 20 QTLs for starch traits were detected and most of them were located on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B. Only 7 QTLs for protein and starch traits were co-located in three regions on chromosomes 1D, 2A and 2D. These protein and starch trait QTLs showed a distinct distribution pattern in certain regions and chromosomes. Twenty-two QTLs were clustered in 6 regions of 5 chromosomes. Two QTL clusters for protein traits were located on chromosomes 1D and 3B, respectively, three clusters for starch traits on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B, and one cluster including protein and starch traits on chromosome 1D.  相似文献
