关节镜诊治膝关节病临床分析

为探讨关节镜在膝关节病诊断及治疗中的价值。回顾性总结2000—04～2003—04 32例膝关节病患者关节镜诊断、治疗的临床资料。结果，32例均明确诊断，确诊率100％，32例术后疗效满意，3例术后出现不同程度的并发症，但经术中、术后及时处理，患者恢复满意，提示关节镜手术安全、可靠，可作为膝关节病诊断、治疗的首选方法。     

儿童创伤性股骨头坏死的临床特点及意义

目的分析26例儿童创伤性股骨头坏死的临床特点，选择治疗方法的临床意义。方法卧床、牵引、外展包容疗法、闭合或开放复位内固定术、截骨术。结果全部病例均获随访，其中短期随访（6—12周）16例，长期随访（2～10年）10例，获得了满意的疗效。结论根据不同年龄和不同创伤而采用不同的治疗方法是治疗儿童创伤性股骨头坏死的原则，是减轻并发症、降低残率的关键。     

儿童弱视治疗效果与年龄的关系

了解儿童弱视治疗效果和年龄的关系。方法：对428例弱视儿童的治疗效果进行了临床观察，其中3—5岁158例，6—8岁175例,9-12岁95例。男性194例，女性234例，男女之比为1：1.2。结果 年龄越小，治疗效果越显著。     

硝普钠与多巴酚丁胺合用治疗急性左心衰

急性左心衰是常见内科急危症，多采用综合措施治疗，我们主要以硝普钠（NP）与多巴酚丁胺（DB）合用，效果良好。1 对象与方法对象：48例患者为1995年1月至2000年10月住院患者。其中高血压病12例，风心病10例，急慢性肾衰8例，妊高症4例，冠心病8例（心梗5列），心肌病6例。男33例，女15例，年龄20—73岁，平均46岁。全部病人均有突发呼吸困难、心悸、不能平卧、双肺中小水泡音，严重者紫绀咯粉红色泡沫痰。所有不同病因病人随机分为两组：对照组20例，男14例，女6例，年龄20—68岁，平均45岁；治疗组28例，男19例，女9例，年龄22—73岁，…     

红霉素与诺氟沙星合用治疗急性细菌性痢疾

单用诺氟沙星治疗急性细菌性痢疾（急性菌痢）的报道很多，但对于部分顽固性细菌痢疾治疗效果一般不佳。为探讨更有效的治疗方法，我们对1995—2000年收治的20例急性菌痢，用乳糖酸红霉素与诺氟沙星合用治疗，疗效明显优于单用诺氟沙星。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料所有病例均为住院和留观病人。治疗组20例：男12例，女8例；年龄均在16—65岁；发热20例，呕吐7例，阵发性腹痛15例，粘液脓血便20例，里急后重16例；粪细菌培养查出福氏杆菌16例，宋氏杆菌3例，志贺杆菌1例。对照组18例：男10例，女8例；年龄15—16岁；发热18例，呕吐6例，阵发性腹…     

1％吡美莫司乳膏联合NB—UVB治疗白癜风疗效观察

目的：探讨l％吡美莫司乳膏联合窄谱中波紫外线（NB—UVB）治疗白癜风的有效性和安全性。方法：选择42例白癜风患者随机分为治疗组（21例）和对照组（21例），治疗组用1％吡关莫司乳膏联合NB—UYB治疗，对照组单纯应用NB—UYB治疗，疗程3个月，定期复诊，记录治疗效果和不良反应。结果：两组平均复色率分别为76．19％和42．86％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组有3例出现轻度刺痛、红斑或烧灼感，对照组有2例出现红斑、轻微灼痛；患者均可耐受，不影响治疗，两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义。结论：1％吡美莫司乳膏联合NB—UVB治疗白癜风疗效安全有效。     

颗粒复位手法治疗后半规管良性阵发性位置性眩晕

目的探讨颗粒复位手法（PRM）对后半规管良性阵发性位置性眩晕（PC-BPPV）的治疗效果。方法对40例PC—BPPV患者进行PRM治疗。结果经1次PRM治疗后，30例症状消失，首次治疗成功率为75％，其中病程在1周内的21例有19例症状消失：5例经2次PRM治疗，2例经3次PRM治疗后症状也消失，总治疗成功率为92．5％。结论PRM治疗PC—BPPV安全有效，凡诊断明确均应给予PRIM治疗。     

利福平治疗肿,痈,毛囊炎等三种疾病的临床观察(附44例分析)

1992年以来，本人在临床工作中观察44例肿，痈，毛囊炎等三种病人，用利福平（RFP）治疗收到良好的效果，现报道如下：一、临床资料（－）一般情况：本组44例用RFP治疗，有效率达100％，44例肿病人占31例，痈占4例，毛囊炎占9例，平均疗程4—5天，早期病人更佳，即是化脓者也可促其吸收而治愈。（二）发病年龄，性别：2—4岁17例，15—35岁19例，36－60岁6例，门岁以上2例，男32例，女12例。（三）部分病人的治疗情况如表A：从表A中可以看出青霉素G对肿，痈，毛囊炎的治疗效果很不理想，而RFP的治疗效果肯定，疗程4－5天，对痈的治疗需…     

KS光治疗宫颈糜烂371例临床分析

宫颈糜烂是慢性子宫颈炎的局部表现之一，是常见的妇科疾病，发病率在历年妇科病普查时均居首位。宫颈糜烂是宫颈癌的重要诱发因素，多年来为之寻求一种简便有效的防治方法。我院自1998年6月至2000年6月两年间采用KS光对门诊妇科检查发现的宫颈糜烂患者371例进行了治疗。 1 资料与方法 临床资料：患者均为已婚妇女，最大年龄54岁，最小年龄34岁，其中20—30岁129例，30—40岁189例，40—50岁50例，50岁以上3例。371例中农村患者263例。诊断标准：按高等医学院校妇产科教材标准。宫颈轻度糜烂73例，中度糜烂182例，重度糜烂116例。治疗前均…     

70例胃癌与胃粘膜肠上皮化生病变的临床病理观察

为研究胃癌与胃粘膜肠上皮化生之间的关系，采用回顾性复习H—E染色病理切片方法进行研究。结果显示，在70例胃癌病例中，有53例伴有程度不同的肠上皮化生病变，占75．7％，提示胃癌伴肠上皮化生病变发病率较高。其中对肠上皮化生且伴有上皮非典型增生病例，应密切观察，积极治疗，避免胃癌发生。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.

Characterization of Ordovician carbonate reservoirs, southeastern Saskatchewan, Canada

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3～4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰～ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰～ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084～0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078～0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.

The analysis shows that this scheme is easy implemented, low cost and adapt to all kinds of mobile nework system.     

橡胶颗粒沥青混合料低温抗裂性试验研究

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
