吉林市老年人生存质量影响因素调查分析

目的评价吉林市社区老年人生存质量现状,并分析影响其生存质量的因素.方法采用随机、整群抽样的方法,以世界卫生组织制定的生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF),对吉林市社区年龄满60岁及以上的534名老年人进行入户调查.获得有效资料484份,有效率90.6%.用SPSS11.5统计软件进行分析处理.结果男性250人,占51.7%;女性234人,占48.3%.生存质量总评分为77.566±11.907.表明吉林市社区老年人的生存质量自评较高.统计分析显示,影响生存质量的因素包括:行动能力、经济状况、精力、消极感受、是否进行休闲活动及食欲等.结论吉林市社区老年人的生存质量自评较高,并且与行动能力、经济状况等有关.因此,有必要采取综合措施来改善他们的整体健康状况,从而提高社区老年人的生存质量.     

灾后成年人的自我和谐与生活满意度研究

目的:在灾后重建过程中,对社区成人的自我和谐和生活满意度进行研究,以期为提高灾区成人的生活目标重建、自我效能感提升提供参考意见.方法:采用自我和谐量表(SCCS)和生活满意度量表(LSR,LSIA,LSIB)对灾区成人进行问卷调查.结果:灾区成人的自我灵活性、LSIA和LSIB显著低于常模,自我刘板性、LSR显著高于常模;自我与经验的不和谐与LSR,LSIA.LSIB呈负相关,自我灵活性与LSR,LSIA,LSIB呈正相关,自我与经验的不和谐能够很好预测生活满意度.结论:减少灾区成人的自我与经验的不和谐,有利于提高其生活满意度,促进灾区成人生活目标的重建.     

北京市社区居住老年人社会支持度量及其影响因素研究

社会支持指老年人在所处的社会网络之中能够获得的一切物质及精神支持的总和.本研究的目的为探讨老龄人口社会支持资源的度量及其影响因素.基于2013年对居住在北京市城六区老年人进行的374份有效问卷的调查数据,采用修订的社会支持评定量表对老年人社会支持评分,采用二元逻辑回归方法对老年人社会支持资源及其影响效果进行分析.研究结果发现北京市老年人社会支持总分为22.09±3.78(总分值48分,得分率46.02%).Logistic回归分析结果显示,自评心理健康状况较差,居家养老满意度更高且有配偶的男性社区居住老年人更有可能获得较高的社会支持资源.从社会支持的客观支持、主观支持和利用度三维度来看:同住人数越多,居住在城市功能核心区,对子女看望满意度越高的、有配偶的男性老年人更有可能获得较高的客观社会支持;不具有工具性日常生活能力、自评心理健康较差的男性社区居住老年人更有可能获得较高的主观社会支持;收入较高的社区居住老年人对社会支持的利用度更高.影响社区居住老年人的因素主要分为人口社会学因素、健康状况因素和生活满意度因素,这3类因素对社会支持资源(包括主观支持、客观支持、利用度)的影响各有侧重.均衡老年人社会支持资源的性别差异、关注心理健康、维护良好的婚姻状况、提升居家养老满意度可以有效提升社会支持.     

农村老年人生活满意度影响因素位序研究——以湖南省双峰县为例

采用分层、多级整群抽样的方法,对双峰县部分60岁以上的农村老年人的生活满意度及其影响因素进行问卷调查;建立了老年人生活满意度影响因素影响力模型和指标体系,并使用客观赋权变异系数法进行赋权和计算;了解了对农村老年人生活满意度的各影响因素的影响力,并对影响力大小进行了排序.分析结果显示：目前收入状况、日常生活功能、子女的赡养照顾和与家庭成员相处等是影响农村老年人生活满意度的主要因素.     

广州某社区老年人皮肤病现状及其影响因素

目的:探讨广州某社区老年人皮肤病现状及其相关影响因素,为有效防治老年人皮肤病提供理论依据.方法:对广州某社区60岁以上老年人群进行现况调查和体格检查,应用SPSS建立数据库,通过单因素(t检验、2检验)以及多因素(Logistic回归)等方法分析老年人皮肤病现状及影响因素.结果:经专科医师体检确认,200例被调查者中,98例患有皮肤病,患病率为49.00%,两种或两种以上皮肤病的检出率为46.95%.常见皮肤病变包括皮肤瘙痒症(21.50%)以及脂溢性角化病(20.50%).老年人皮肤病影响因素各异,酗酒、户外工作以及家族皮肤病史分别是其常见危险因素.结论:广州某社区老年人皮肤病多发、影响因素复杂,建议相关行政主管部门和社区卫生服务机构应采取针对性的措施,增强对老年人皮肤病的防治.     

济南市社区老年人睡眠质量及其影响因素的调查研究

该研究的目的是通过收集关于济南市某社区的老年人睡眠质量信息,来分析探讨其影响因素,通过描述当前济南市的老年人睡眠质量的现状,调查老年人对失眠的认识和态度,从而探讨出影响老年人睡眠质量的影响因素。根据探究结果提出相关的一些意见或建议,从而有针对性地对老年人的睡眠状况进行护理干预和健康教育,最终改善老年人睡眠质量,提高老年人的生活幸福指数。     

智慧社区养老服务水平满意度调查与提升策略研究

随着我国人口结构老龄化的不断加深,智慧社区养老服务已成为新养老产业发展的主要导向。调查并提升智慧社区养老服务水平对于改善老年人的生活质量、保障老年人权益、促进社区发展和优化资源配置至关重要。为此,采用问卷调查法分析目前居民对智慧社区养老服务水平的满意度,并对满意度进行客观量化统计,进而提出改进策略。研究表明：（1）居民对生活类、情感类和医疗类养老服务水平的满意度（满分为5.0）分别为3.37、3.44和3.53,接近比较满意的水平;（2）从外出照顾、学习讲座、上门治疗等方面出发能够更为有效地提升智慧社区养老服务水平;（3）提升医疗服务水平对居民选择智慧社区养老服务的意愿影响最为明显。     

延边地区农村老年人生命质量及影响因素分析

目的了解延边地区农村老年人的生命质量及其影响因素。方法应用SF-36量表对延边州石门镇的200名农村老年人进行生命质量现状调查。结果总体生命质量得分为（62.94±13.33）分,其影响因素主要有文化程度、收入水平、心脑血管慢性病史、睡眠质量、家庭关系和生活满意度等。结论延边地区农村老年人的生命质量水平较低,应针对其影响因素采取适当的应对措施,全面提高老年人的生命质量。     

老年人新媒体健康信息搜寻行为影响因素分析

目的了解社区老年人利用新媒体进行健康信息搜寻的行为现状及影响因素。方法利用一般资料问卷、老年人新媒体健康信息搜寻行为问卷等对316例老年人进行调查。结果曾利用新媒体健康信息搜寻行为者占5.4%;logistic回归分析显示,年龄(70)组(OR=0.209,P=0.020)及教育程度(OR=2.982,P=0.000)进入老年人新媒体健康信息搜寻行为的回归方程。结论社区老年人新媒体健康信息搜寻行为率较低;影响新媒体健康信息搜寻行为的主要因素是年龄、教育程度等人口学基本特征。     

学生生活满意度及其影响因素——多水平分析研究

通过对11所中学2 471名学生的调查,对社会支持、积极应对和心理健康对学生生活满意度的影响作用进行多水平分析结果表明:(1)在个体层面,学生社会支持和积极应对对生活满意度存在显著影响,学生的社会支持、积极应对水平越高,其生活满意度也越高;(2)在团体层面,学校总体心理健康水平对学生的生活满意度存在显著的跨层影响作用,学校心理水平越高,其学生的生活满意度越高。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.

Characterization of Ordovician carbonate reservoirs, southeastern Saskatchewan, Canada

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3～4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰～ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰～ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084～0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078～0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.

Location based services is promising due to its novel working style and contents.A software platform is proposed to provide application programs of typical location based services and support new applications developing efficiently. The analysis shows that this scheme is easy implemented, low cost and adapt to all kinds of mobile nework system.     

橡胶颗粒沥青混合料低温抗裂性试验研究

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
