用循环伏安法制备聚L-苯丙氨酸修饰玻碳电极,研究尿酸在聚L-苯丙氨酸修饰电极上的电化学行为,建立循环伏安法测定尿酸的新方法.在pH 4.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,尿酸在聚L-苯丙氨酸修饰玻碳电极上出现一氧化峰,峰电位为Epa=+638 mV(相对于Ag/AgCl电极),氧化峰电流与尿酸浓度在5.00×10-7~5.00×10-5 mol/L范围内成线性关系,检测限:1.0×10 -7 mol/L.对1.0×10 -5 mol/L UA溶液平行测20次,其相对标准偏差为3.1%.用于尿液中尿酸的测定,结果满意.  相似文献

制备了纳米金-多壁碳纳米管复合物修饰电极,用循环伏安法研究了多菌灵在该修饰电极上的电化学行为.结果表明,多菌灵在1.08V处出现了一个不可逆氧化峰,该氧化过程受扩散控制.在1.0×10-6 mol/L~1.0×10-4 mol/L范围内,脉冲伏安法的氧化峰电流与多菌灵浓度呈现良好的线性关系.该复合物修饰电极可快速、方便、灵敏地检测溶液中多菌灵含量.  相似文献

石墨烯-Nafion修饰电极同时测定邻苯二酚、对苯二酚   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
通过恒电位法将氧化石墨烯还原为石墨烯,制备了石墨烯-Nafion修饰玻碳电极.用循环伏安法研究了邻苯二酚和对苯二酚两种异构体在该电极上的电化学行为.结果表明,该修饰电极对苯二酚的这两种异构体的氧化表现出了优异的识别能力和电催化性能.对苯二酚和邻苯二酚的氧化峰电位差值为102 mV,这表明两种异构体可以在石墨烯-Nafion修饰电极上完全分开.基于对苯二酚和邻苯二酚在石墨烯-Nafion修饰电极上的伏安行为,建立了苯二酚两种异构体同时测定的方法.在最佳实验条件下,邻苯二酚的浓度在6.0×10-5~1.0×10-3mol/L范围内与氧化峰电流呈线性关系,检出限为1.0×10-5mol/L.对苯二酚的浓度在8.0×10-6~1.0×10-3mol/L范围内与氧化峰电流呈线性关系,检出限为2.0×10-6mol/L.该电极可用于模拟样品中两种异构体的同时测定,结果令人滿意.  相似文献

制备了一种碳纳米管/壳聚糖复合膜修饰的玻碳电极,并通过循环伏安法和计时库仑法详细研究了尿酸在复合膜修饰电极上的电化学行为.对诸如支持电解质,溶液pH,富集时间等实验条件进行了优化,结果表明,在pH=3.95 0.1 mol/L柠檬酸钠盐支持电解质中,尿酸在复合膜修饰电极上具有良好的电化学响应.相对于裸玻碳电极,尿酸的氧化峰电位负移20 mV,峰电流显著提高,锋形更为尖锐,表明复合膜对尿酸的电化学氧化具有一定的催化作用,计时库仑法结果表明尿酸在复合膜修饰电极上为两电子两质子的电子转移过程.尿酸的氧化峰电流与其浓度分别在5.0×10-9~5.0×10-7 mol/L范围内和1.5×10-6~1.0×10-4 mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数分别是0.994 7和0.988 4.开路富集120 s后,检出限为5.0×10-9 mol/L.将该复合膜修饰电极应用于人体实际尿样中尿酸的测量,结果令人满意.  相似文献

以L-半胱氨酸作为电极修饰剂,采用循环伏安法研究L-Cys/GC电极的制备和DA在该修饰电极的电化学行为及其测定.DA在pH=6.684的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,在L-Cys/GC电极上产生一对灵敏的氧化还原峰,峰电位分别为Epa=0.180 V和Epc=0.125 V(vs.SCE).同时用伏安法测定DA的线性范围为1×10-3~1.0×10-6 mol/L,检出限可低达1.0×10-7mol/L(S/N=3).对1×10-4 mol/L DA平行测定50次,其相对标准偏差约为2.5%.该电极可望进一步发展为微电极,用于生物活体内的神经递质DA的实际检测.  相似文献

研制以聚马来松香己二醇酯(PMHE)分散羧基化多壁碳纳米管的化学修饰电极(PMHE-MWC-NTs/GC),研究了尿酸(UA)在修饰电极上的电化学行为和测定方法.结果表明,在0.3mol/LHAc-NaAc(pH4.65)缓冲溶液中修饰电极对尿酸的氧化具有明显的催化和增敏作用,氧化峰电位由0.5V(裸电极)负移到0.573V,灵敏度增大约6倍.对各种实验条件进行了优化.定量测定的线性范围为1.0×10-6mol/L~7.0×10-4mol/L(r=0.9968),检出限为1.0×10-7mol/L.利用该法直接测定了人体尿样中尿酸的含量,结果满意.  相似文献

用循环伏安法和线性单扫描伏安法研究了L-色氨酸在单壁碳纳米管/玻碳修饰电极上的电化学行为,探讨了不同缓冲液、pH值以及扫描速度等的影响.实验表明在pH=5的乙酸铵介质中,L-色氨酸在单壁碳纳米管/玻碳修饰电极上的电氧化过程是一完全不可逆过程,于0.703 V(vs. SCE)处产生一灵敏的不可逆氧化峰,峰电位相对于裸玻碳电极负移55mV,峰电流大大增加.峰电流与L-色氨酸的浓度在5.0×10-6-1.0×10-4 mol/L 范围内有良好的线性关系,相关系数R为0.9984,检出限为1.0×10-7mol/L,样品检测平均回收率为98.80%.  相似文献

采用层层组装法制备了金和天冬氨酸复合膜传感器.用循环伏安法(CV)和脉冲伏安法(DPV)等研究了尿酸在该传感器上的电化学行为.结果表明,在PBS 7.0作为支持电解质的条件下,尿酸在该组装传感器上的氧化峰的峰电流是裸电极传感器上的6.5倍.优化条件下,用DPV对尿酸进行了测定,在尿酸浓度为4.0×10-7~1.0×10-4 mol/L范围内浓度与尿酸的氧化峰电流具有良好的线性关系,线性方程为:I(μA)=0.010-0.022 C(μmol/L),相关系数为0.998.检出限(RSN=3)为1.0×10-7 mol/L.该方法用于实际尿样的测定,回收率为99.4%~104.1%.  相似文献

制备了聚苯乙烯磺酸钠(PSS)/单壁碳纳米管(SWNTs)膜修饰玻碳电极,在磷酸盐缓冲溶液(PBS)中,研究了抗坏血酸(AA)、尿酸(UA)、多巴胺(DA)在该修饰电极上的电化学行为.结果表明:AA、UA、DA在该修饰电极上的氧化信号能得到明显地区分,峰电位差值DA-AA为158mV,DA-UA为118 mV,AA-UA为276 mV.利用示差脉冲伏安法对体系中抗坏血酸(AA)、尿酸(UA)、多巴胺(DA)可以同时进行检测.其线性响应范围分别为1.0×10-3-1.0×10-4mol/L(AA);7.4×10-7-7.0×10-6mol/L(DA);1.0×10-6-1.0×10-5mol/L(UA).该方法用于针剂中多巴胺的检测,回收率在102.0-106.0%之间.  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

Quality traits in wheat (Triticum aestirum L.) were studied by quantitative trait locus (QTL) analysis in a recombinant inbred line (RIL) population, a set of 131 lines derived from Chuan 35050 × Shannong 483 cross (ChSh). Grains from RILs were assayed for 21 quality traits related to protein and starch. A total of 35 putative QTLs for 19 traits with a single QTL explaining 7.99-40.52% of phenotypic variations were detected on 10 chromosomes, 1D, 2A, 2D, 3B, 3D, 5A, 6A, 6B, 6D, and 7B. The additive effects of 30 QTLs were positive, contributed by Chuan 35050, the remaining 5 QTLs were negative with the additive effect contributed by Shannong 483. For protein traits, 15 QTLs were obtained and most of them were located on chromosomes 1 D, 3B and 6D, while 20 QTLs for starch traits were detected and most of them were located on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B. Only 7 QTLs for protein and starch traits were co-located in three regions on chromosomes 1D, 2A and 2D. These protein and starch trait QTLs showed a distinct distribution pattern in certain regions and chromosomes. Twenty-two QTLs were clustered in 6 regions of 5 chromosomes. Two QTL clusters for protein traits were located on chromosomes 1D and 3B, respectively, three clusters for starch traits on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B, and one cluster including protein and starch traits on chromosome 1D.  相似文献
