In this paper, fractal theory is introduced to assess the fabric wrinkle. The fractal features of fabric wrinkle are analyzed by image processing technique. The fractal dimensious of gray level surface are calculated by the retieular cell counting method. The results indicate that it can be used to character the fluctuation of gray level surface in fabric wrinkle image. The fractal dimensions of wrinkle blocks are achieved by the blocks areas analysis. It is testified that this dimension can describe the features of wrinkle blocks area distribution. The two kinds of fractal dimension can both objectively rank the fabric wrinkling.  相似文献

本文应用基于二维直方图的图象分割模糊聚类方法对标准织物淋水试验等级的图象进行分割处理,即利用模糊C—均值(FCM)聚类算法得到图象像素点的隶属度集合,并由各像素点的隶属度实现图像分割,完成图像的二值化。然后计算二值化后的图象上黑区域(物体)面积百分率,此值即为织物上的沾水面积百分率。实际评定织物淋水等级时,采用欧氏距离计算实验样品与标准样品淋水面积的贴近度来确定其淋水等级。  相似文献

The application of digital image processing to the classification of the slub-yarn texture is discussed. Texture of the slub-yarn fabric is analyzed by using the texture analysis techniques. The influence of the slub-yarn parameters on the fabric texture is discussed. Results indicate that texture of the slub-yarn fabric can be reliably measured using gray level co-occurrence matrix (GLCM) analysis. The four indices of GLCM, the angular second moment, the contrast, the inverse difference moment and the correlation, are sensitive to the change of the slub-yarn parameters, and can be regarded as the major indices for the texture.  相似文献

An effective model(image to wrinkle, ITW) for garment fitting evaluation is presented. The proposed model is to improve the accuracy of garment fitting evaluation based on dressing image. The ITW model is an objective evaluation model of fitting based on the wrinkle index of dressing image. The ITW model consists of two main steps, the gray curve-fitting(GCF) threshold segmentation algorithm and Canny edge detection algorithm. In the ITW model, three types of wrinkle trends are defined. And the network dressing image is evaluated and simulated by three quantitative indexes: wrinkle number, wrinkle regularity and wrinkle unevenness. Finally, the fitness of three kinds of dress effects(tight, fit and loose) is quantified by objective fitting evaluation model.  相似文献

在纺织工业中针织物的密度检测是必要的,而对带花纹的针织物密度检测却存在很大困难,针对这一问题,提出对带花纹的针织物的平针部分进行识别筛选后再进行计算。先将预处理后的图像进行分块,采用灰度共生矩阵分析法,求出最佳标准平针图块拉密度,根据比例可以求出整幅图的拉密度。实际研究表明,所提出的方法在针织物行业里是尚属独有的,运算量小、实时性高,具有很大的普适性,非常适合于在针织物的图像检测领域大量推广,具有广泛的实际应用价值。  相似文献

引入二维小波分析方法,分析针织物的外观平整度,提取了较为精细的针织物图像信息.图像首先经过中值滤波,再利用小波变换分解并从中提取高频信息,然后结合4种表征织物折皱的特征参数,计算不同平整度等级模板的特征值.并以此为依据,运用最小距离判别法,确定16种不同针织物类型的平整度等级.为了定量描述评定结果,通过计算客观评定与主观评定结果的相关系数,验证该方法的可行性.  相似文献

利用维纳滤波从水平和垂直两个方向分解织物图像,经过合理的二值化,分别获得包含经纱和纬纱特征信息的子图像,从而计算经纬纱密度等参数.综合子图像的部分信息,可以确定织物组织点的位置,再利用每个组织点区域内经纬向纹理特征,判断织物组织类型.经过对平纹、斜纹、缎纹3种基本组织布样的实验,表明该方法可以很好地识别织物组织类型.  相似文献

It has been testified that the Gauss Markov random field model is most suitable for the characterization of fabric texture among a variety of available models because of its approximately constant character and the normality of the gray-level distribution found with typical fabric images. However, the general Gauss-Markov random field(GMRF) method for fabric defect detection is not always ideal in practice since in some cases, the estimated model parameters make the Markov error covariance not positively definite, which may render the method to fail thoroughly. In this paper, the use of the GMRF model for defect detection of fabric is discussed and an approach to this problem is proposed. Some detailed texture may be overlooked in this way, but good detection results can still be expected as far as fabric defect detection is concerned.  相似文献

A new instrument based on light projection and image analysis techniques for assessing fabric pilling is presented. This system can automatically detect the pills from the successive sections of the fabric surface, which can make up for the limitation of both the gray level image -analysis techniques and laser triangulab'on techniques. The test of a large number of worsted wool fabric samples shows that it can objectively characterize the degree of pilling by using fuzzy sets and has good accordance with human visual inspection.  相似文献

Two- dimensional Fourier transform profilometry (2 -D FTP) for data acquisition of fabric surface shapes isproposed. Phase unwrapping technique based on digitalweighted filter and reliability mask are employed. Ex-perimentai results of shape measurement for several fab-ric appearances are given. From the measured results, itis shown that this method can make up for not only thedisadvantage of the gray level image analysis which isonly suitable for simple structure and solid - pattern fab-ric, but also the low speed and high cost of laser dotscanning technique.  相似文献

根据标准的折皱回复测试实验对各种混纺比的毛涤织物进行了研究.基于纺织材料的粘弹性理论,把研究对象看成是具有内摩擦约束作用的粘弹性体,利用标准线性固体模型和滑块并联组成的模型分析了不同混纺比例的毛涤织物折痕回复性,并推导出折皱回复角的回复规律方程.实验证明,该模型能较好地反映毛涤织物折皱回复角的回复规律.  相似文献

阈值选取是图像边缘提取过程中必不可少的步骤,适当的阈值取值使得CT影像边缘部分准确明显地表示出来,可为医学影像的后续处理分析提供好的素材.本实验从二值化图像函数入手,通过计算医学影像均值、标准差、显示灰度直方图,求取影像前景面积和图像逻辑运算分析不同阈值对医学影像边缘提取效果的影响,并使用通用的边缘提取算法对不同阈值影像提取边缘,实验结果发现值为0.2时边缘效果最佳.  相似文献

将自适应滤波与局部阈值二值化有机结合起来,提出自适应二值化滤波算法,旨在将淹没在噪声和失真中的灰度文本图像的二值图像信息通过滤波的方式恢复出来。采用改进的大津法计算局部阈值,对滤波结果进行二值化。依据二值化的结果估计滤波的误差,并调整滤波器参数。实验结果表明该算法克服了光照不均和噪声对灰度文本图像二值化的影响,得到了较理想的二值图像。  相似文献

Cotton fabrics with different weaves are designed and the influence of weave on wrinkle recovery property and tensile property is analyzed. Weave type plays a prominent part in determining fabric wrinkle recovery property and tensile property. Weave factor C is in direct relation to wrinkle recovery angle and in inverse relation to tensile property. This trend also exists after resin treatment. 3/1 left-twill fabric shows good wrinkle recovery angle and lest tensile loss after resin treatment.  相似文献

首先,通过傅里叶变换获得含有疵点的织物频谱图,根据频谱图设计频域滤波器分离正常的纹理信息,保留疵点信息;然后,通过傅里叶逆变换进行灰度图重构,得到去除正常纹理的疵点图像;最后,经过高斯平滑后二值化分割出织物疵点.实验选取5种织物疵点进行验证,结果表明:采用频域滤波的织物疵点检测方法检测效果良好,且检测率达到90%以上.  相似文献
