基于微机的二次微分示波计时电位法测定甘草酸含量   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
本文报道测定甘草酸的二次微分示波计时电位法,并用计算机与示波分析仪联机进行数据采集和处理.甘草酸在PH=4.30~4.80HAC—NaAc缓冲溶液中有较好的示波图形,峰电位E1/2=-1.40V,甘草酸浓度在1.0×10-5~8.0×10-5mol/L之间二次微分振幅与其浓度成线性关系,检测限8.0×0-6mol/L.此法快速、准确,应用于药物甘草甜素片中甘草酸含量的测定,结果令人满意.  相似文献

建立了以RP-HPLC法同时测定甘草中的甘草酸和甘草次酸的方法.采用ODS色谱柱,甲醇-乙酸(φ=3.6%)水溶液为流动相(梯度洗脱),流速为0.8mL/min,检测波长为254nm,柱温为室温.测得甘草酸的线性范围为0.20~1.00g/L,平均回收率为91.2%,RSD=1.28%;甘草次酸的线性范围为0.0022~0.0110g/L,平均回收率为97.5%,RSD=2.20%.该实验为甘草综合品质的评价提供了一种新方法.  相似文献

以双氯芬酸钠为内标,建立了一种快速、灵敏、准确的分离和测定甘草中甘草次酸和甘草酸的自由溶液毛细管电泳新方法.背景电解质是10mmol/L硼砂(pH8.8),分离在5min内完成.实验证明,所建立的内标法能提高自由溶液毛细管电泳的精密度和定量的准确性.该方法有良好的线性,甘草次酸和甘草酸线性方程的相关系数分别为0.9996和0.9991.甘草次酸和甘草酸的回收率范围分别为95.6%-100.9%和96.8%-102.9%.该方法被成功地运用于测定甘草根的最佳浸泡和煎煮时间.  相似文献

采用端视ICP光谱法测定水中的微量元素。选择了仪器工作条件:功率在950W时测定Ag、Al,在1150W时测定Cu、Cd、Pb、Zn、Fe、Mn、Al、Cr,雾化压力为0.14Pa,进样量在1.2~1.8ml/min。分析线为Cu324.7nm、Cd228.8nm、Pb220.3nm、Fe259.9nm、Zn213.8m、Mn257.6nm、Cr205.5nm、Ag328.0nm、Al396.1nm,测定了各元素的检出限,结果为铜、铅、锌、镉、铁、银、铬、铝、锰的测定下限分别为(μg/l):2.0、10.0、1.0、2.0、2.5、15.0、3.0、25.0、1.5;测得加标回收试验回收率为94%~101%;样品测定的相对标准偏差为0.67%~3.42%;水中常见元素对各元素测定的干扰可以不计;测定了涪江原水、出厂水、管网水等样品。  相似文献

用本实验室提出的小波变换二次微分示波计时电位法新方法测定甘草酸的含量,有效地去除了信号的噪音,在2.0×10-5~1.3×10-4mol/L范围内,甘草酸浓度与其二次微分的峰高有良好的线性关系,相关系数R为0.999,标准偏差S为4.48×10-3(n=10),用于甘草甜素片样品的测定,平均回收率为99.91%(n=6)。  相似文献

目的:制备碱性染料离子选择电极.方法:以碱性染料苦酮酸盐为电活性物质,氯苯作溶剂,PVC为隋性支持体.结果:制备了16种碱性染料PVC液态膜离子选择电极.测试并比较了它们的性能,用其中结晶紫电极作指示电极,结晶紫溶液为滴定剂,电位滴定了五种阴离子,均得到良好的曲线.结论:测定了洗衣废水样品中痕量阴离子洗济剂,其精度为0.67%~2.7%,回收率在98%~100.5%之间.检测下限5毫克/升.  相似文献

报导了La0.67Ca0.33MnO3/YBa2Cu4O8/La0.67Ca0.33MnO3薄膜中超导特性的时间效应。样品在空气中存放11个月后,超导转变温度都降低,而且每个系列样品的临界厚度增加。对用La0.67Ca0.33MnO3作保护层的YBa2Cu4O8薄膜进行时间效应测量,结果表明当La0.67Ca0.33MnO3层的厚度大于40nm时可以防止水对YBa2Cu4O8薄膜的影响。  相似文献

基于染料木素对高锰酸钾氧化鲁米诺产生的化学发光的增强作用建立了一种测定染料木素的新方法.在优化的实验条件下,测定染料木素的线性范围为:4.0×10^-2~4.0μg/mL,检出限(3d)为8.0×10^-3g/mL,对浓度为0.50μg/mL的染料木素进行11次平行测定,其相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.2%.将本法用于槐角药丸中染料木素含量的测定,结果令人满意.  相似文献

目的一观察复方甘草酸苷与卤米松软膏联合应用治疗湿疹的疗效及不良反应。方法实验组予复方甘草酸苷80(160mgl。加入10%葡萄糖液250ml中1次/日,静滴。用0.05%卤米松软膏外擦皮损处早晚各涂一次.对照组口服强的松20mg。2次/日。治疗期间停用其他药物,疗程1—3周,每周随访一次,共观察3周后停药评价疗效.结果实验组有效率为86.0%,对照组为88.0%,二者差异无显著性(P〉0.05).实验组无不良反应发生,对照组12例出现体重增加。结论一复方甘草酸苷与卤米松软膏联合应用是一种治疗湿疹的确切有效,安全理想的方法。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献
