为寻求简便、合理的合成超细粉体的方法,利用NH4HCO3作沉淀剂,通过考察料液配比、加料速度、升温速度等实验因素,得到了简单的合成超细Ce-Zr-O粉末的工艺,并利用比表面积测定仪、激光粒度仪、xRD、Raman等仪器对相关产物进行了表征.结果表明:利用简单工艺合成的超细Ce-Zr-O粉末具有中位粒径为0.30μm、比表面积为21.2 m2/g、悬浮性大于30 min、松装密度小于1 g/cm3等性能,产物具有CaF2型的空间结构.  相似文献

采用固相配位反应法制备锂离子电池正极材料LiMn2O4,并对配位络合剂用量和反应温度对最终产物的物相、比表面积、粒径和电性能的影响进行研究.研究结果表明:采用回相配位法可制备超细LiMn2O4粉末,配位化合物前驱体在550℃时焙烧12 h,粉末的粒度细小,粒径在0.06~0.50μm的粉末占82.10%;粉末的平均粒径为138.12 nm,比表面积为10.15 m2/g,颗粒形貌规则,内部有很多微孔;材料的首次充、放电比容量分别为126.0 mA·h/g和124.2 mA·h/g,首次充放电效率为98.6%,经15次循环后,材料的容量保持率为91%.  相似文献

采用乙二胺四乙酸-柠檬酸(EDTA-CA)络合法,以硝酸锂、硝酸锰为原料制备了正尖晶石型LiMn2O4超细粉末晶体,采用FTIR、TG-DSC、XRD、SEM、TEM和BET等手段对LiMn2O4的前驱体及LiMn2O4粉末进行了表征.结果表明:当Li/Mn摩尔比为0.6、(Mn Li)/(EDTA CA)摩尔比为0.5时,在600℃下煅烧4 h,制备出的LiMn2O4粉末为正尖晶石型,其BET比表面积为7.994 8m2/g,粒径小至40 nm,有轻微团聚.LiMn2O4脱嵌后对Li 的最大吸附容量达5.3mmol/g.  相似文献

采用气流粉碎对B4C粗粉 (比表面积为 0 5 2m2 g,中位粒度为 2 0 4μm)进行粉碎实验 ,研究了气流粉碎次数对粉末性能、压坯密度和烧结密度的影响及成形压力和烧结温度对B4C烧结密度的影响 .研究结果表明 :当粉碎次数达到 3次后 ,可获得中位粒度小于 1μm的B4C超细粉末 ;经过 4次气流粉碎的B4C超细粉末 ,其比表面积为2 5 3m2 g ,中位粒度为 0 5 6 μm ;该粉末于 2 2 5 0℃无压烧结 1h ,其烧结密度为 2 0 7g cm3 ,达到理论密度的82 .5 % ,平均晶粒粒度为 5 0 μm .可见 ,气流粉碎能改善B4C的烧结性 .  相似文献

以Na2SiO3·9H2O、H2SO4为原料,沉淀法路线合成高比表面积SiO2.实验考察了反应温度、H2SO4溶液浓度、Na2SiO3溶液浓度、反应终点pH值、表面活性剂添加量、后处理试剂、干燥方式等因素对SiO2比表面积的影响.采用BET低温液氮吸附比表面分析仪、热重分析仪、场发射扫描电镜、激光粒度分析仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪等分析仪器对SiO2样品进行表征.结果表明,在c(H2SO4)=1.5mol/L、w(Na2SiO3)=6.3%、反应温度t=60℃、pH值为5,用正丁醇置换水等实验条件下,可制得SiO2粉末比表面积为841m2/g,相较于一般沉淀SiO2300~400m2/g的比表面积有明显提高.  相似文献

以工业水玻璃和硫酸为原料,用并流式进料的化学沉淀法制备了大孔容、高比表面积的超细SiO2粉末,用BET、TG-DTA、激光粒度分析等手段对其性能进行表征,并研究了进料方式、表面活性剂和热处理等因素的影响.结果表明,并流进料沉淀法所制得的多孔型SiO2比表面积可达823 m2/g,孔容可达1.438 cm3/g.  相似文献

采用简单沉淀方法制备出花状结构的Co5(O9.48H8.52)NO3,运用XRD、SEM、TEM、BET等方法对反应产物进行表征.结果表明,Co5(O9.48H8.52)NO3具有低结晶度的花状结构,孔径主要分布在4~40 nm,比表面积为77.22 m2/g.循环伏安、恒流充放电、交流阻抗和循环寿命测试均表明该材料具有良好的超级电容特性,单电极比容量可达368 F/g.  相似文献

研究了La2(Zr0.7Ce0.3)2O7(LZ7C3)的合成动力学及相结构,并根据合成过程中的损失对初始成分进行了设计,最终制备出符合原子比La∶Zr∶Ce为10∶7∶3的LZ7C3粉末.用X射线衍射仪和场发射扫描电镜研究了样品的相成分和微观组织,用激光脉冲法和推杆法测量了样品的热导率和热膨胀系数.结果表明:LZ7C3是由烧绿石结构的La2Zr2O7(LZ)固溶体和萤石结构的La2Ce2O7(LC)固溶体组成,其中LZ固溶体是主相;热导率随着温度的升高而逐渐降低,在1473 K时为0.79 W.m-1.K-1,较LZ降低了50%左右;热膨胀系数在1473 K时为11.6×10-6 K-1,比LZ提高了20%左右.这些优越的性能表明LZ7C3是一种具有较大应用前景的新型热障涂层陶瓷材料.  相似文献

采用室温固相反应法合成了钼钨磷混配杂多酸铵(NH4)3PW6Mo6O40·8H2O产物,用元素分析确定了分子组成,其结构、性质、颗粒大小、表面形状分别用红外光谱、X-射线粉末衍射、透射电镜、热分析和比表面积测试等手段进行了研究.结果表明:产物为Keggin结构的纳米粒子,平均粒径为12nm,比表面积为134.2m2·g-1,形成纳米微粒后,杂多阴离子的热稳定性有所下降.  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

Quality traits in wheat (Triticum aestirum L.) were studied by quantitative trait locus (QTL) analysis in a recombinant inbred line (RIL) population, a set of 131 lines derived from Chuan 35050 × Shannong 483 cross (ChSh). Grains from RILs were assayed for 21 quality traits related to protein and starch. A total of 35 putative QTLs for 19 traits with a single QTL explaining 7.99-40.52% of phenotypic variations were detected on 10 chromosomes, 1D, 2A, 2D, 3B, 3D, 5A, 6A, 6B, 6D, and 7B. The additive effects of 30 QTLs were positive, contributed by Chuan 35050, the remaining 5 QTLs were negative with the additive effect contributed by Shannong 483. For protein traits, 15 QTLs were obtained and most of them were located on chromosomes 1 D, 3B and 6D, while 20 QTLs for starch traits were detected and most of them were located on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B. Only 7 QTLs for protein and starch traits were co-located in three regions on chromosomes 1D, 2A and 2D. These protein and starch trait QTLs showed a distinct distribution pattern in certain regions and chromosomes. Twenty-two QTLs were clustered in 6 regions of 5 chromosomes. Two QTL clusters for protein traits were located on chromosomes 1D and 3B, respectively, three clusters for starch traits on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B, and one cluster including protein and starch traits on chromosome 1D.  相似文献
