具强噪声鲁棒性的聚类图像分割算法   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
针对已有的图像分割算法对噪声的鲁棒性不佳的问题,结合中智集合提出了一种新的基于中智集合聚类的图像分割算法,并为此聚类算法提出了高性能的目标函数.首先,将图像转换为中智集合域,然后定义一个高效的基于中智集合的聚类目标函数进行聚类分析,最终采用聚类算法将像素进行分类.将人工图像与真实图像进行对比试验.结果证明:本算法的有效性与分割准确率均高,同时具有较好的噪声鲁棒性.  相似文献

针对复杂电磁环境下雷达信号快速聚类分选问题,提出了一种采用变精度粗糙集改进的基于相邻脉冲相似性的快速聚类分选方法。原有方法计算相似度时加权矩阵由专家给定或由经验而定,未考虑到雷达辐射源属性,造成聚类分选结果准确率不高。改进方法利用变精度粗糙集获取雷达辐射源各属性特征参数的权重,由其权重构成最优特征加权矩阵,进而计算相似度,然后基于相邻脉冲相似性对雷达信号进行快速聚类分选。仿真表明,改进方法相比原有方法保持了快速分选的能力,并且将聚类分选准确率提高了5.93%,是一种解决复杂环境下雷达信号快速聚类分选的新方法。  相似文献

无意调制特征对调制样式和各参数均相同的不同辐射源发射的信号分选具有重大意义。从相位噪声的角度提出利用双谱的二次特征分析信号,提取围线积分双谱均值、奇异值以及双谱范数熵特征;从波形差异的角度,提出利用模糊函数的主脊切面特征挖掘不同辐射源发射信号之间的差异,提取旋转角、一阶原点矩和二阶中心矩特征。在事先不知道信号数目时,将提取的特征分别进行近邻传播聚类验证,以及串联结合两种特征的聚类分析。实验表明,两种特征结合的聚类准确率要明显高于一种特征的准确率,尤其是在低信噪比的情况下。  相似文献

在模糊C-均值聚类(FCM)目标函数的基础上按聚类中心分离原则增加一个聚类中心分离项来扩展FCM算法,提出基于聚类中心分离的模糊聚类模型(FCM_CCS)。该模型可使聚类过程中的聚类中心之间距离扩大,从而得到更好的聚类效果。由于该模型和FCM一样对噪声敏感我们提出它的可能性聚类模型(PCM_CCS),最后进一步扩展成它的可能性模糊聚类模型(PFCM_CCS)。基于聚类中心分离的可能性模糊聚类模型在处理噪声数据和克服一致性聚类问题方面表现出良好的性能。对数据集的测试实验结果表明了提出的PFCM_CCS能同时产生模糊隶属度和典型值,使聚类中心间距扩大,同时具有更好的聚类准确率。  相似文献

针对批量钻削工序质量检测问题,采用声发射传感器采集工序加工过程中的声发射信号,提取其时域统计特征,构造工序过程信号的特征向量,根据密度带噪声的空间增量聚类算法(InDBSCAN)对工序过程中的声发射信号特征向量进行增量聚类,以分析批量工序质量.考虑到插入数据点在促成新类创建的同时可能引起已存在的不同类合并的情况,改进InDBSCAN算法.实验结果表明:改进的InDBSCAN算法使插入数据点的增量聚类更加合理,工序质量分布状况检测准确率达84.03%.  相似文献

提出针对广播和航空语音信号的f-kmd融合聚类方法,对2种信号语音数据进行分段,提取每段短时语音数据的均值、方差、平均过零率、平均短时能量、归一化峰度和振幅指标等语音信号的基本特征进行归一化处理,利用模糊c均值聚类(FCM)方法对特征数据进行聚类分析,获得短时分段后的语音信号聚类结果,再对分段后的聚类结果整体上进行K-Medoids聚类分析,得到两类信号的聚类中心。实验表明,融合聚类方法能较好地对广播和航空语音信号进行分类,分类准确率较高,结果较稳定。  相似文献

工作在“日盲”波段的紫外信号探测,屏蔽了太阳紫外辐射这一最大背景噪声干扰源,可以有效地进行微弱紫外目标信号采集,但是仍然面临着目标/噪声难以区分、目标短暂丢失等问题.文中对微弱紫外目标的成像特性进行详细分析,根据紫外目标成像特征提出了一种紫外图像弱小目标检测跟踪方案.该方案首先采用基于连通域的聚类方法对紫外图像中的样本点进行聚类,标识出前景中的目标块和噪声块,然后利用真实目标的轨迹特性,结合卡尔曼滤波预测目标的运动参数,从而实现对目标的检测跟踪.仿真实验证明了该方案的可行性及有效性.  相似文献

传统的模糊C均值聚类(FCM)算法具有简单、稳定和高效等特点,但在噪声点较多的情况下容易受噪声影响,使得算法效率降低。文章结合变精度粗糙集模型,提出一种改进的FCM算法,该算法利用变精度粗糙集模型刻画不确定集合上近似集和下近似集的原理,将经过聚类算法后的类簇边缘范围中的对象根据变精度粗糙集的阈值特性划分为正域、负域、边界域三个部分,使得聚类的准确率得到提升。仿真实验结果表明该算法使得聚类结果更加清晰,在边界域较模糊的情况下聚类准确率比传统FCM算法有一定的提高。  相似文献

分类和聚类都是常用的数据挖掘方法,分类的优点是准确率较高,但需要带有类别标注的训练集;聚类不需要训练集,但准确率较低。提出一种聚类-分类模式来解决聚类问题,首先通过聚类方法自动形成训练集,然后在训练集的基础上进行分类操作。实验数据表明,提出的聚类-分类模式能够有效提高聚类的准确率。  相似文献

提出了一种基于VMD-DTW聚类的小电流接地系统故障选线方法.通过变分模态分解法(VMD)提取和增强原始信号,而后引入动态时间归整法(DTW)实现不同线路零序电流相似性测度和聚类,根据聚类结果区分故障线路和健康线路,从而实现故障选线的目的.最终的仿真试验结果证明,本文所提方法在不同场景下的适应性较强,特别是在接地电阻大、消弧线圈电抗较高等故障特征较弱的场景中可以提升故障选线的准确率.同时,该方法具有较强的鲁棒性,当初始信号采样频率和采样存在噪声时依然可以准确地选定故障线路.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献
