运用Moldflow分析软件,选取模具温度、熔体温度、保压压力与保压时间四因素三水平安排正交实验,模拟平板类塑件的翘曲变形.以模拟为基础,在注塑机上进行实际注塑成型,扫描获取塑件三维数据,并用Imageware软件提取平板类塑件长边与短边的点云,计算宽度与长度方向的翘曲变形量.结果表明:翘曲变形模拟分析与实际注塑成型误差为-0.083 1~0.094 9 mm;保压压力、熔体温度、保压时间与模具温度对翘曲变形模拟分析的影响依次减小.  相似文献

熔接痕、翘曲变形、体积收缩是注塑生产中最常见的成型缺陷,其中熔接痕是最棘手的问题.在此以显示器面板为例,运用模流分析软件MPI(Moldflow Plastics Insight)对产品不同注塑成型方案进行模拟选取分析,并结合基因遗传算法GA(Genetic Algorithm)作为全局性的搜寻工具,以熔接痕、翘曲变形、体积收缩率为指标创建目标函数,对显示器面板注塑成型几何参数进行优化设计.研究结果显示,该方法不但能获取最优的熔接痕的生成位置与长度、而且能有效的改善产品的翘曲变形量和体积收缩率.  相似文献

车灯面罩成型时易出现明显熔接痕和翘曲变形,从而影响到车灯美观和光学性能。为了改善翘曲变形和消除熔接痕,本文通过借助CAE软件数值模拟,比较分析了单浇口注塑、多浇口同时注塑以及多浇口顺序控制注塑三种方案。模拟分析表明多浇口顺序控制技术可有效地控制熔接痕问题以及翘曲变形问题,并且对车灯的表面质量和光学性能都起到了一个保障,增强了车灯生产的实际价值。  相似文献

以电池盒的注塑成型模具设计为例,利用Moldflow对电池盒的浇口位置进行有限元分析,确定出最佳浇口位置及浇口数目。电池盒的翘曲变形主要受到熔体温度、模具温度、注射时间、保压时间、冷却时间5个工艺参数的影响。利用Moldflow软件对电池盒进行翘曲分析,采用正交实验方法对这5个工艺参数进行组合分析,得出影响翘曲变形的主要因素是保压时间,并得到最佳成型工艺参数组合。通过注塑成型实验验证了Moldflow模拟分析结果的可靠性。  相似文献

通过对某水箱盖注塑成型过程的分析,应用正交试验法研究了保压时间,保压压力,熔体温度,冷却时间,注射时间,模具温度等工艺条件,应用PRO/E软件建立了三维模型。用Moldflow/MPI软件对其进行模拟,得到不同参数对翘曲量的影响规律,确定了影响翘曲变形的最主要因素为保压时间,其次是熔体温度。此外,进行单变量分析,分别分析了保压压力、保压时间、熔体温度对变形量的影响。综合两项分析,得出一组使注塑件翘曲变形量最小的工艺参数。  相似文献

注塑成型内缩现象常造成产品组装困难,变形翘曲问题更突出,在此以插板外壳注塑件为例,借助模流分析软件,基于田口正交实验法,通过对注塑工艺参数和筋板结构进行优化实验,结果显示保压压力、熔体温度、冷却液温度对产品的翘曲变形影响显著,产品筋板结构设计对改善变形内缩有效果,其中工艺参数优化降低翘曲变形量29. 5%,筋板结构优化降低翘曲变形量18. 7%,总翘曲变形量与未优化前相比减少了48. 2%,实验表明该方法能快速有效的改善注塑成型内收缩现象,为其他类似产品工艺设定与模具设计提供参考.  相似文献

绘图板的注塑件在注塑过程中易产生翘曲变形.为此,基于Moldflow注塑模拟分析软件和正交试验方法,对不同工艺条件下的注塑过程进行了模拟分析,并运用隶属函数对分析所得的翘曲变形量进行评判.通过采用极差法分析出各因素对该塑件翘曲变形的影响程度和趋势,同时绘制因素水平影响趋势图,分析得到一组最佳的工艺参数组合方案,经过模拟验证后最终可指导绘图板注塑成形,生产出理想的绘图板产品.  相似文献

超薄塑件在微机电领域具有巨大的应用潜力,为研究其注塑成型特性,设计制造了一可成型超薄塑件的模具,利用正交试验方法和数值模拟技术研究了各工艺参数(注射速度、注射压力、熔体温度及注射量等)对超薄塑件注塑成型充模过程的影响.研究结果表明注射量及注射速度对超薄塑件注塑成型的填充起主导作用,提高注射速度能大幅度地提高填充率;熔体温度和注射压力相对于注射量和注射速度只起次要作用,但在填充过程中,较高的熔体温度和注射压力也是必要的.该结论为深入开展超薄塑件成型缺陷(如翘曲、熔接痕)的形成机理研究提供了有益的借鉴.  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
