用Ｎａｆｉｏｎ膜固定的Ｎ－甲基吩嗪为辣根过氧化物酶和玻碳电极之间的电子传递介体，成功地研制了成了电流型过氧化氢生物传感器，探讨了ｐＨ值，温度，工作电位和抗坏血酸等干扰物质对此生物传感器电催化还原Ｈ２Ｏ２的影响。此生物传感器选择性好，灵敏度高，对Ｈ２Ｏ２线性响应范围为０．６μｍｏｌ／Ｌ－２．５ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，响应时间少于３０ｓ。     

氢和氧常压合成过氧化氢的研究

该文研究了在硫酸铜硫酸溶液中，用Ｐｄ做催化剂，由Ｈ２和Ｏ２常压合成Ｈ２Ｏ２反应，反应分２步完成，第１步通氢气还原，第２步通空气氧化。结果表明，在常温，常压下，Ｈ２Ｏ２的生成量与还原时间，氧化时间以及Ｐｄ、Ｃｕ含量等因素有关。在Ｐｄ含量为２０￣２５μｍｏｌ／Ｌ，硫酸铜溶液中Ｃｕ＾２＋２浓度为１０ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ时，Ｈ２Ｏ２的生成量最大，可直接得到３ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ的Ｈ２Ｏ２溶液。     

鸡蛋水解产物对酸性,碱性溶液中碳钢阳极过程的影响

通过测定碳钢在含有不同浓度鸡蛋水解产物的２ｍｏｌ／Ｌ盐酸、２ｍｏｌ／Ｌ硫酸、２ｍｏｌ／Ｌ碳酸铵溶液中的阳极极化曲线，研究了碳钢在不同介质中的阳极过程，发现鸡蛋水解产物对在酸性、碱性溶液中的碳钢皆有明显的缓蚀作用．在ＨＣｌ溶液及（ＮＨ４）２ＣＯ３溶液中，鸡蛋水解产物的最佳浓度为２．０％，在Ｈ２ＳＯ４溶液中，鸡蛋水解产物的最佳浓度为１．０％，并对鸡蛋水解产物的缓蚀性能进行了理论探讨     

氯化铜对滇紫草细胞色素形成的影响

滇紫草细胞于Ｍ－９培养液中悬浮培养以形成紫草色素。当Ｍ－９培养液中ＣｕＳＯ４·５Ｈ２０由相同浓度的ＣｕＣｌ２·２Ｈ２Ｏ取代后，色素产量比对照提高了５８．７％，ＣｕＣｌ２·２Ｈ２Ｏ的最适浓度为３０μｍｏｌ／Ｌ。滇紫草细胞的继代培养基Ｂ—５中的ＣｕＳＯ４·５Ｈ２Ｏ取代后，培养所得的细胞接种于Ｍ－９培养液中，色素产量比对照提高了３２．０８％，ＣｕＣｌ２·２Ｈ２Ｏ的最适浓度为０．６μｍｏｌ／Ｌ．ＣｕＣｌ２·２Ｈ２Ｏ对细胞生长无不良影响。Ｍ—９培养液中，铜于色素形成的初期，可快速吸附于细胞上，这一现象为ＣｕＣｌ２·２Ｈ２Ｏ促进紫草色素合成机制的深入研究提供参考。     

盐生杜氏藻Dunaliella salina的生物学特性与培养研究

盐生杜兵藻富含β－胡萝卜素和蛋白质，适宜在高纬度、光照强的各种咸水环境中生长，对它的生物学特性和培养条件进行了研究，发现适宜于盐生杜氏藻生长的培养基主要成分为：２ｍｏｌ／ＬＮａＣｌ，５ｍｍｏｌ／ＬＫＮＯ３，６．５ｍｍｏｌ／ＬＮａＨＣＯ３，５ｍｍｏｌ／ＬＭｇＳｏｒ，０．３ｍｍｏｌ／ＬＫＨ２ＰＯ４。     

钢铁表面常温黑化剂的研究

通过对钢铁表面的三种常温黑化剂配方的试验，研究了三种黑化剂的工艺条件和膜层性能。结果表明：ＣｕＳＯ４．５Ｈ２Ｏ，ＮｉＣｌ．６Ｈ２Ｏ均为２ｇ．Ｌ＾－１；Ｈ２ＳｅＯ３，Ｚｎ（Ｈ２ＰＯ４）２均为４ｇ．Ｌ＾－１。     

氧化铝矿混合捕收剂的HPLC测定及其协同作用

对氧化铝矿浮选药剂钢铁灵、苯甲羟肟酸的高效液相色谱分离和测定进行了研究，并建立了最佳色谱体系：固定相ＮＵＣＬＥＯＳＩＬＯＤＳ（５μｐ），２００ｍｍ×４ｍｍ；流动相为合１．８×１０－４ｍｏｌ／Ｌ的ＫＨ２ＰＯ４，甲醇与水的体积比为７０／３０，ｐＨ为２．５０；开发了检测器的波长切换技术，分别在２３０ｎｍ和２８５ｎｍ波长下测定苯甲羟肟酸和铜铁灵的吸光值，两者的检出限分别为０．００６ｍｇ／Ｌ和０．００５ｍｇ／Ｌ；线性范围分别为０．２～２００ｍｇ／Ｌ和０．６～３００ｍｇ／Ｌ·同时，借助该方法对铜铁灵、苯甲羟肟酸浮选ＰｂＳＯ４的协同作用机理进行了研究．     

谷氨酸生物传感器的研制

采用海藻酸钙凝胶包埋法及海藻酸钙凝胶包埋与戊二醛化学交联相结合的固定化方法，制备了固定化谷氨酸脱羧酶膜，与ＣＯ２气敏电极偶联制成谷氨酸生物传感器。经测试，对谷氨酸的线性响应范围为（１．０×１０（－２）～２．０×１０（－４））ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，斜率为５５．７ｍＶ，检测下限为２．３×１０（－４）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，稳态响应时间为（９～１５）ｍｉｎ。用包埋与交联相结合制得的传感器，其稳定性优于仅用包埋法制得的传感器。     

葡萄糖-BrO3--Mn2+-H2SO4-丙酮体系的振荡反应

以葡萄糖为有机底物，与－ＢｒＯ３－－Ｍｎ２＋－Ｈ２ＳＯ４－丙酮组成振荡反应体系，在恒温条件下进行振荡反应。结果表明：反应有诱导期，体系电导（Ｌ）不随时间（ｔ）变化；振荡周期，Ｌ随ｔ发生周期变化，溶液颜色在粉红色与无色之间交替变化，有典型的振荡波型。诱导期及振荡周期反应的表观活化能分别为８４．２７５ｋＪ／ｍｏｌ和９８．１５３ｋＪ／ｍｏｌ。体系振荡反应物浓度范围［葡萄糖］０．０１～０．０２ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，［ＢｒＯ３－］０．０３～０．０４５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，［Ｍｎ２＋］０．０６～０．０８ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，［丙酮］０．２７～０．３０ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，［Ｈ２ＳＯ４］０．８～１．２ｍｏｌ／Ｌ。振荡反应有Ｂｒ２产生，Ｂｒ２准一级消耗速率常数ｋＢｒ２＝１．６×１０－５Ｓ－。对温度、反应物浓度、丙酮、Ｍｎ２＋、Ｃｌ－、底物对振荡反应的影响作了探讨。     

非离子型微乳液对铜─二甲酚橙分光光度分析的增敏作用

以含水量为９４．１％的非离子型乳化剂ＯＰ／ｎ－Ｃ５Ｈ１１ＯＨ／ｎ－Ｃ９Ｈ２０／Ｈ２Ｏ微乳液为介质，进行了Ｃｕ（１１）－二甲酚橙ＯＸ分光光度法研究（ε＝３．６×１０４Ｌ·ｍｏｌ－１·ｃｍ－１），与以水为介质（ε＝５．２×１０３Ｌ·ｍｏｌ－１·ｃｍ－１）及相同含水量的乳化剂ＯＰ胶束介质（ε＝１．１４×１０４Ｌ·ｍｏｌ－１·ｃｍ－１）相比较，测定灵敏度显著增加，样品分析结果令人满意。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Characterization of Ordovician carbonate reservoirs, southeastern Saskatchewan, Canada

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3～4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰～ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰～ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084～0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078～0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。

An Index mechanism for multi-scale view in spatial databases

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.     

海南岛地体及其毗邻陆缘晚中生代—新生代古地磁研究和构造演化

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。
