臭氧-生物活性炭与超滤膜联用技术试验研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
为解决南方河网地区高温、高藻期臭氧-生物活性炭(O3-BAC)工艺出厂水中细菌超标和活性炭颗粒随水流泄漏等生物安全性问题,进行了超滤膜(UF)工艺作为臭氧-活性炭出水的安全保障技术的试验研究.结果表明:超滤膜工艺出水高锰酸盐指数(CODMn)和溶解性有机碳(DOC)的平均质量浓度为2.31 mg/L和3.53 mg/L,UV254吸光度平均值为0.043 cm-1,浊度平均值为0.06 NTU,颗粒数中粒径大于2μm的平均含量为11/mL,藻类平均数量为1.83×104/L,臭氧-活性炭出水中滋生的细菌完全被超滤膜工艺去除;由于超滤膜进水经常规工艺和臭氧-活性炭工艺的处理,增加了超滤膜周期的过滤时间,减少了水力冲洗水量,因此超滤膜的产水率提高到98.02%.  相似文献

采用中试规模的(处理水量为1.5t/h)缺氧-好氧(anoxic-oxic process,A/O)分置式膜生物反应器(membrane Bio-reactor,MBR)处理回用城市污水.试验结果表明,系统对化学需氧量(chemical oxygen demand,COD)的去除率达到90%以上,对氨氮(NH3N)的去除率达到95%以上,出水COD的质量浓度小于20 mg/L、NH3-N的质量浓度小于1 mg/L,浊度小于0.1 NTU,且无色、无悬浮物(suspended solid,SS)及大肠杆菌检出,系统出水水质完全符合城市污水再生利用、城市杂用水和城市污水再生利用景观环境用水水质标准.  相似文献

采用水解酸化、MBR和RO的组合工艺处理东莞理工学院校园生活污水,通过中试试验,考察了组合工艺对污水的处理效果以及污水回用的可行性。实验结果表明该组合工艺可以有效去除生活污水中的污染物。MBR在工艺参数MLSS 8 000 mg/L、HRT为6 h、DO为1.0~3.0 mg/L时,出水COD小于35 mg/L、NH+4-N小于7 mg/L、TP为0.5 mg/L左右,水质达到《城市污水再生利用-城市杂用水水质》标准(GB/T18920-2002)。进一步经过RO处理后,出水COD低于1 mg/L、电导率低于10μs/cm,可以达到饮用水标准。  相似文献

文章简要介绍了我国煤液化行业发展现状,对煤直接液化过程中的产排污节点以及产生的四股主要废水高浓度废水、低浓度废水、含盐废水、催化剂制备废水的水质状况进行了详细分析,通过比选采用膜生物反应器(MBR)+超滤(UF)+反渗透(RO)组合工艺对A/O生化处理后的煤液化高浓度废水进行深度处理回用,结果表明,该工艺的使用解决了煤液化高浓度污水难生物降解和回用的难题,原水经MBR系统处理后出水COD平均值为21mg/L,氨氮仅为1.1mg/L,MBR系统出水进一步利用UF+RO工艺进行深度处理,处理后出水COD平均值1.68mg/L,TOC平均浓度为0.25mg/L,电导率为34.1μs/cm。系统出水达到了《地表水环境质量标准》(GB3838-2002)Ⅲ类标准和回用作循环冷却系统补充水的水质标准,极大的提高了煤液化污水的回用率,使得平均污水回用率达到96%以上。  相似文献

为实现高含盐稠油污水回用于热采锅炉,采用气浮和生物接触氧化除油、双膜法除盐的处理工艺对稠油污水进行回用处理.试验结果表明:气浮可以有效去除悬浮油,保证生化进水含油量小于20mg/L;生物接触氧化可以将含油量降到1mg/L以下,COD降到100mg/L以下;超滤出水的含油去除率为100%,COD小于20mg/L,SDI3.反渗透出水的总硬度去除率97%,脱盐率89%.反渗透出水可代替清水用于热采锅炉.  相似文献

采用膜生物反应器处理新河东干渠的水体,实验结果显示:其出水透明、无色无味,感官性状良好,出水浊度平均值为0.23 NTU;出水CODCr在30 mg/L以下,去除率达到70%左右;NH3-N的出水浓度在2 mg/L以下,去除率在90%以上;TN的出水浓度在15 mg/L以下,去除率在50%左右;TP的出水浓度在0.5 mg/L以下,去除率在50%左右。其出水指标均达到《城市污水再生利用景观环境用水水质》(GB/T 18921-2002)标准的规定。  相似文献

针对中药废水具有COD高,水质变化大等特点,采用一体式膜生物反应器(MBR)对中药废水的厌氧反应器出水进行处理,在固定水力停留时间(HRT)为5 h的条件下,考察了进水COD质量浓度及污泥质量浓度(MLSS)与COD去除之间的关系.结果表明,当HRT为5 h,进水COD质量浓度小于3 000 mg/L时,膜出水COD小于30 mg/L,满足中水回用标准;当进水COD质量浓度为3 000~6 000 mg/L时,膜出水COD大于30 mg/L而小于100 mg/L,满足污水排放标准;当进水COD质量浓度大于6 000 mg/L,膜出水COD大于100 mg/L,不能满足污水排放标准.同时污泥质量浓度(MLSS)与COD去除的关系表明,为了达到更好的COD去除率,MBR的最佳MLSS应控制在7 543 mg/L.  相似文献

研制了将MBR和A2/O工艺相结合的新型MB(A2/O)反应器,研究了MB(A2/O)反应器对城市污水的处理效果,并分析了其性能和机理.结果表明:出水COD小于20mg/L,平均去除率达93.80%;NH3-N质量浓度小于8mg/L,去除率可达88.42%;TN质量浓度小于30mg/L,去除率达46.05%;TP质量浓度小于0.3mg/L,去除率达94.70%.试验表明,MB(A2/O)反应器在保留对其他污染物良好去除效果的同时,对TP有极高的去除率,处理后水质满足<城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质>(GB/T 18920-2002)的要求.  相似文献

酸性颜料废水采用"物理、微电解及生物"组合工艺处理后,出水水质中苯胺和色度仍无法满足CJ 343—2010《污水排入城镇下水道水质标准》的要求,故采用臭氧氧化法对其进行深度处理.实验研究了废水pH、臭氧投加速率、反应温度以及苯胺质量浓度对臭氧氧化该废水的影响.结果表明:臭氧氧化的最佳工艺条件为pH=5、反应温度298.15K、臭氧投加速率0.92mg/(L·min),反应13min后色度由100降至40,苯胺由25mg/L左右能稳定降到2mg/L以下,出水水质满足排放标准.同时,对臭氧降解苯胺进行动力学拟合,其结果符合一级动力学方程.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献
