以双酰甘油(DG)和蛋白激酶C(PKC)作为指标研究绿豆黄化幼苗肌醇磷脂代谢.结果表明不同浓度的玉米素、低温(0℃)和高温(35℃)胁迫均会引起DG水平的变化,而且,适当浓度(10-6mol·L-1)的玉米素与温度胁迫可协同促进肌酸磷脂代谢.外源或内源DG对PKC活性的影响均表现为低浓促进、高浓抑制.PKC活性与绿豆黄化幼苗下胚轴的伸长率呈正相关.  相似文献

以黄化绿豆幼苗下胚轴切段为材料,观察IAA、GA、ABA和FC单独或混合对切段伸长的效应,同时也观察前三种植物激素与FC处理先后不同对切段生长的影响.试验得知,FC显著促进切段伸长,IAA也有促进效果,GA促进效应不明显,ABA抑制伸长生长.IAA和ABA分别与FC混合则呈抑制效应,GA和FC混合具相加效应.在作用顺序性方面,无论对IAA、GA或ABA来说,都是FC预处理对切段伸长的效果最好.  相似文献

采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定长春花从幼苗到开花阶段的3种内源激素脱落酸(ABA)、生长素(IAA)、赤霉素(GA3)含量的动态变化,研究其与长春花成花的关系。研究结果表明,在长春花成花芽发育过程中,高含量的ABA和GA3含量降低及IAA含量逐渐升高利于长春花成花。  相似文献

以燕麦、萝卜和水稻幼苗为材料,分析Lepidimoide的生理作用,并与其它激素的生理作用进行比较.研究结果表明:1Lepidimoide促进燕麦胚芽鞘切段的伸长,单侧处理燕麦胚芽鞘能产生弯曲生长,但作用效果略低于生长素;2Lepidimoide处理萝卜子叶能使叶绿素含量增加,但效果略低于BA,混合使用时作用效果高于单独使用BA或Lepidimoide;3Lepidimoide能促进水稻幼苗伸长,效果与GA3相似,但低浓度时效果不佳,混合使用时有一定的增效作用.上述结果表明,Lepidimoide是一种促进型生长调节物质,其作用与BA和GA3相似.  相似文献

以绿豆为材料,分别研究了不同培养基无机盐水平、肌醇浓度和不同pH值对绿豆种子试管内萌发的影响。结果表明:过高的无机盐水平会抑制绿豆的萌发,较低的无机盐水平(1/4MS)可以促进绿豆的萌发,但是无机盐水平过低,也不利于绿豆的萌发;绿豆在pH=6稍偏酸性条件下萌发率最高,生长最好。随着pH值的降低或升高(pH〈6或pH〉6),绿豆的萌发率逐渐降低,生长逐渐缓慢。当pH〈3或pH〉9时,绿豆的萌发完全受到抑制;绿豆萌发的最适肌醇浓度为2g/L。  相似文献

研究了外源GA3对不同浓度的盐胁迫(NaCl)下北美海蓬子种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响.结果表明:外源GA3促进了盐胁迫条件下北美海蓬子种子萌发.在外源GA3处理下,北美海蓬子幼苗中脯氨酸的含量高于单盐处理,而可溶性蛋白含量影响不大;抗氧化酶活性、(O2·) 产生速率值和MDA值低于单盐处理,说明外源GA3可以加强北美海蓬子自身抗胁迫能力,其主要途径是增加体内的脯氨酸含量起作用.另外,在外源GA3处理下的北美海蓬子根系活力显著提高,说明外源GA3有利于北美海蓬子在盐胁迫下生长.  相似文献

用NaCl、KCl、NaNO3和KNO3处理碱蓬(Suaedasalsa)和玉米(Zeamays)幼苗,发现NaCl胁迫引起K+、Ca2+、Mg2+、Fe2+、Zn2+、NO-3等必需元素的含量降低.认为KCl和KNO3处理引起碱蓬幼苗幼叶黄化的主要原因是Na+的缺乏;KCl处理引起玉米和碱蓬幼苗的干枯死亡主要是由于植物体内高浓度Cl-引起的;Na+是引起盐生植物碱蓬叶片肉质化的重要因子;Cl-是刺激碱蓬生长的重要因子  相似文献

以水培的方式研究了稀土La3 及其配合物La(POA)3(HPOA=苯氧乙酸)对铅胁迫绿豆幼苗的生理生态影响.结果表明,单一铅胁迫后的第4天和第8天,绿豆幼苗的叶绿素和可溶性蛋白含量下降,而MDA和脯氨酸含量上升;浓度范围为15~50 mg/L的镧或La(POA)3能明显促进绿豆幼苗的生长并且可以缓解铅对绿豆幼苗的胁迫伤害作用,经镧或镧的配合物作用后绿豆幼苗的各种生理指标皆比单一铅胁迫时有明显的改善,且随作用时间的延长,镧的配合物对铅胁迫的缓解作用较镧更明显.100 mg/L的高浓度镧或镧的配合物对铅胁迫的缓解作用减弱.  相似文献

以冬牧70黑麦草为材料, 用聚乙二醇(PEG 6000)模拟干旱胁迫, 设置5%(D1),10%(D2),15%(D3)三种不同程度干旱(轻度、 中度、 重度)以及对照组(CK), 温度为10,5,0,-5,0,5,10 ℃, 研究冻融及干旱胁迫对幼苗中抗氧化酶活性和脯氨酸质量比的影响. 结果表明: 单一干旱胁迫下黑麦草幼苗中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、 抗氧化物酶 (POD)活性和脯氨酸质量比均 增加; 冻融和复合胁迫下幼苗中SOD活性呈先升高后显著下降趋势, POD活性和脯氨酸质量比呈先升高后缓慢下降趋势, 在-5 ℃出现峰值, 与其他温度下的数值存在显著性差异(P<0.05); 胁迫伤害下整体呈复合胁迫>单干旱胁迫>单冻融胁迫的趋势, 冻融胁迫下的伤害程度为重度干旱+冻融>轻度干旱+冻融>单一冻融>中度干旱+冻融, 复合胁迫对植物伤害出现叠加效应, 适当的干旱处理可缓解冻融对幼苗的生理损害. 因此植物通过提高抗氧化酶活性和渗透调节物质, 可缓解其遇到胁迫时的伤害.  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

Quality traits in wheat (Triticum aestirum L.) were studied by quantitative trait locus (QTL) analysis in a recombinant inbred line (RIL) population, a set of 131 lines derived from Chuan 35050 × Shannong 483 cross (ChSh). Grains from RILs were assayed for 21 quality traits related to protein and starch. A total of 35 putative QTLs for 19 traits with a single QTL explaining 7.99-40.52% of phenotypic variations were detected on 10 chromosomes, 1D, 2A, 2D, 3B, 3D, 5A, 6A, 6B, 6D, and 7B. The additive effects of 30 QTLs were positive, contributed by Chuan 35050, the remaining 5 QTLs were negative with the additive effect contributed by Shannong 483. For protein traits, 15 QTLs were obtained and most of them were located on chromosomes 1 D, 3B and 6D, while 20 QTLs for starch traits were detected and most of them were located on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B. Only 7 QTLs for protein and starch traits were co-located in three regions on chromosomes 1D, 2A and 2D. These protein and starch trait QTLs showed a distinct distribution pattern in certain regions and chromosomes. Twenty-two QTLs were clustered in 6 regions of 5 chromosomes. Two QTL clusters for protein traits were located on chromosomes 1D and 3B, respectively, three clusters for starch traits on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B, and one cluster including protein and starch traits on chromosome 1D.  相似文献
