摘    要:在微波常压反应条件下,用L-半胱氨酸合成了2-苯基噻唑烷—4-甲酸,讨论了反应时间、微波功率以及反应物用量对产率的影响.实验表明,微波技术可用于光学活性化合物的合成,并显示出微波合成的简便、安全、快速、产率高的特点.

Abstract:2-phenyhhiazolidine-4-earboxylic acid was prepared from L-cysteine under the irradiation of microwave conventional pressure. The feasibility of microwave technology in synthesizing optical active compounds was examined and the influence of microwave power and reaction time on the yield was discussed as well. The results show that microwave technology is a method of simplity,secufity,rapidity with a high yield.
