| 摘 要： | 研究结果表明，渗透胁迫下旱生植物梭梭幼苗内脯氨酸（Pro-)含量增加，其细胞膜相对透性下降，由此我们提取了梭梭幼苗的总RNA，通过测量260nm和280nm时RNA样品的紫外吸收值的比率，就可知其纯度，然后用oligo(dT)-纤维柱层析法分离、纯化了梭梭幼苗的mRNA。

| Abstract: | The content of the free proline of xerophyte H. ammodendron(Mey)Bge.seedlings increases and its Permeability of cell membrane declines under osmotic stress. Total RNA was isolated from seedlings, the ratio of the readings at 260nm and 280nm (A260/A280) provides an estimate of the purify of RNA with respect to contaminants that absorb in the UV. mRNA was gotted from total RNA by oligotex mRNA spin-column. |
