摘    要:采用ANSYS有限元软件计算含不同尺寸裂纹的海洋立管在内压和波浪力共同作用下的疲劳寿命,分析了海洋立管的疲劳寿命随裂纹几何参数的变化规律.发现对于深度a=5mm长度变化的裂纹,海洋立管的疲劳寿命随着裂纹夹角的增大逐渐减小;当裂纹之间的夹角从10°增加到50°时,疲劳寿命随裂纹长度的增加而减小的程度趋于平缓,即两裂纹之间的夹角对海洋立管疲劳寿命的影响随着裂纹夹角的增大而逐渐减弱.

Abstract:Fatigue life of a marine riser with different-size cracks under the action of internal pressure and wave force was calculated by using ANSYS,a finite element software,to analyze the variation of the fatigue life of a marine riser according to the geometric parameters of the crack. It is found that fatigue life of a ma- rine riser gradually decreases with the increase of the angle between the two cracks with the depth a=5 rnm;when the angle increases from 10° to 50°,the reduction of fatigue life of the marine riser slows down with the increase of the length of the cracks,in other words,the effects of the angle between two cracks on fatigue life of the marine riser is gradually weakened with the increase of the angle between cracks.
