| 摘 要： | 基于K3Fe（CN）6在碱性溶液中氧化VB1的荧光动力学反应，利用自制的简单装置，以NaOH的加入为反应起点，监视荧光反应的进行，建立了荧光反应速率法测定VB1的方法，方法线性范围为0.0135～5.40g/L，线性相关系数为0.9996，检出下限为4.80g/L，相对标准偏差为2.8%（n=15）。方法应用于VB1药物分析，标准加入的回收率在95.1% ～101.3%之间。

| Abstract: | A fluorescence reaction rate method for the determination of vitamin B1(VB1) was reported. It is based on the kinetic fluorescence reaction involving the oxidation of VB1 by potassium ferricyanide in basic solution, and a self-made simple assembly. There was a linear relationship in the range of 0.013 5～5.40 mg/L for VB1iwth correlation coefficient of 0.999 6. The detection limit was 4.80 μg/L.The relative standard deviation was 2.8%(n=15). The method has been applied to the determination of VB1 in commercial preparations with satisfactory results. |
