电弧炉供电线路的无功补偿原理与控制系统

摘    要:指出了无功补偿的目标。用旋转矢量法和演绎法对电路进行分析后得出结论:为达到补偿目标,补偿器应是一个可以快速控制的无功网络,固定电容器与晶闸管控制的电抗器并联,能构成符合要求的网络。用对称分量法导出了补偿电流同负荷电流的关系式,进而运用复功率的概念导出了补偿电流同负荷无功功率的关系式,并以后一种补偿规律表达式为基础,提出了控制系统的结构,简述了几个环节的工作原理。

Abstract:Based on the function of reactive compensation to be served, the methods of rotating vector and deduction are used to analyze the power circuit of an arc furnace.A conclusion is thus arrived that the compensator should be a reactive network able to be rapidly controlled so as to meet compensation requirement, and the network will be applicable if connecting the fixed capacitors with a thyristor-controlled reactor in parallel.Relationships between compensation and load currents are derived by the method of symmetrical component and further those between compensation current and reactive power of the load derived. Based on the latter expressed, the design of a control system for the compensator is proposed with some operational principles involved.
