| 摘 要： | 为适应“一带一路”向纵深发展的新形势,使来华留学生教育与国际高等教育管理模式相接轨,梳理高校来华留学生教育发展过程中存在的问题,认为目前中国高校留学生教育缺少产业化意识、全局意识、规划意识和服务意识,管理模式陈旧,管理低效。从宏观规划、效率提升和内涵建设等方面提出建议。

| Abstract: | In order to integrate international students’ education in China with the management model of international higher education and sort out the problems facing the education of international students in China against the backdrop of the development of the Belt and Road, this paper proposes that the awareness of industrialization, overall perspective, planning and service are lacking in the education of international students in China. The educational management model is also outdated and inefficient. This paper offers solutions from the perspectives of macro planning, efficiency enhancement and connotation construction.
