智能天车物流管理系统的设计

摘    要:针对天车作业过程中出现的无法实时定位与跟踪物料的问题,提出了一种基于电磁感应技术的天车定位解决方案,实时计算物料的x、Y、z轴空间位置,通过工业无线局域网将空间坐标上传到上位机进行处理,达到实时跟踪物料位置和状态的目的;另外,应PDA设备上传和下达生产数据,实现地面与中控之间的通信,指挥天车作业.

Abstract:According to the problem that the material can not be located and tracked by the crane, the paper proposes a Crane positioning solution based on electromagnetic induction technology, calculates material space x, y, z axis, and uploads space coordinates to PC for processing by industrial wireless local area network (WLAN), and achieves the purpose of real-time tracking material position and status; In addition, this paper uses PDA to upload and download the production data, to realize communication between ground and control.
