| 摘 要： | 对近年辽宁省高校毕业生的就业走向做了数据处理和统计分析，以此提出高校毕业生就业存在的问题，并对当前大学生择业心态进行研究，论述大学生择业观教育的内容和措施，阐明面对严峻的就业形势，如何做好就业教育及就业指导的现实意义及其方法和手段。
