| 摘 要： | 为全面科学地评价城市交通环境体发展情况,为城市交通环境的改善提供决策依据,根据影响城市交通环境的各单项评价指标及其分级标准,针对城市交通环境的特点,建立城市交通环境的综合评价指标体系;然后运用模糊层次分析法确定评价模型中的具体指标的权重,对城市交通环境的发展趋势进行综合评价,并以上海市为例进行实例验证,分析模型的正确性、评价指标体系的合理性及评价方法的可行性.并针对上海市的城市交通环境特点提供了一些对策.
