| 摘 要： | 针对辽宁省田径运动水平近几年极度下滑的现象，并通过对经济体制改革以来辽宁省田径运动在国内外赛事中的发展变化情况及对后备人才培养情况进行分析，试图找出辽宁省田径运动水平下滑的原因．并提出相应的建议．为实现辽宁省田径运动的振兴提供有益的参考．

| Abstract: | This article considers the Liaoning Province track and field meet level, which extremely glides down in recent years. It analyes the developing and changing situation faced by Liaoning Province track and field meet in domestic and international games and the reserve personnel training ever since the economic system reforming to find the reason why the Liaoning Province track and field meet level glides down and to propose corresponding suggestion,in order to promote Liaoning Province track and field meet. |
