| 摘 要： | 任职教育是院校培养军事指挥人才的一个重要环节，部队需要什么样的人才，院校就培养什么样的人才，部队是否需要是检验院校人才培养质量高低的试金石。文中以改革任职教育教学模式，提高任职教育教学效果为目标，从办学理念、教学体系、管理体制等方面，探讨了在任职教育中如何推行院校与部队联合教学的若干对策。

| Abstract: | Post education is an important part of training military commanders in military academies. What kind of qualified officers trained in military academies must meet the need of troops. In other words, troops are the touchstone of the quality of officers training. In order to reform the mode of post education and advance the effect of post training, this article discusses how to make joint teaching between academies and troops from three aspects： educational ideas, teaching system and administration system. |
