摘    要:随着我国经济的快速发展,全国交通运输行业也在蓬勃发展.2006年国务院发布了《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要(2006-2020年)》(以下简称《纲要》),“高速轨道交通系统”是《纲要》中“交通运输业”的优先主题之-.《纲要》颁布后,各部门积极响应政策,出台配套措施,推动高速轨道交通业发展.实施数年来,我国高速轨道交通在控制和调速系统、车辆制造、线路建设和系统集成等关键技术等方面已取得显著成效.

Abstract:With the rapid development of China''s economy, the country''s transportation industry is also booming. National medium and long-term science and technology development plan issued in 2006 by the National State Council." High-speed rail transportation system" is one of the priority theme of transportation industry in the "Plan". After the plan released departments to respond positively to the policy, the introduction of complementary measures to promote high-speed rail transportation industry. Implemented for several years, China''s high-speed rail transportation system in terms of control and speed, vehicle manufacturing, line construction and system integration and other key technologies, etc., have achieved remarkable results
