南方特色果蔬贮运保鲜关键技术开创果蔬保鲜新途径

针对当前果蔬保鲜产业化存在的关键科学和技术性难题,中国科学院华南植物园根据不同果蔬的生物学特性,开创了果蔬保鲜新途径,研发出新的果蔬保鲜剂,形成了具有独立知识产权的果蔬综合保鲜技术体系,为减少我国南方特色果蔬采后损耗做出了贡献。本文综述了南方特色果蔬贮运保鲜关键技术研发与产业化项目的重要意义及取得的阶段性成果,并对我国果蔬贮运保鲜技术产业化发展提出了对策建议。

Key Technology and Industrial Applications of Storage and Transport Specialty Fruits and Vegetables in Southern China

South China Botanical Garden, Chinese Academy of Sciences focused on key scientific and technical problems of industrialization of storage and transport of postharvest fruit and vegetable based on the biological characteristics of different fruits and vegetables, developed new alternative strategies of storage and transport of fresh fruits and vegetables, produced the preservation products, and then integrated, optimized and formed intellectually green preservation technology system. This paper reviews the importance of the project entitled key technology and industrial applications of storage and transport of specialty fruit and vegetable in Southern China, then introduces the great progress obtained, and, finally, suggests future industrial development in China.
