| Abstract: | Combining it to different definitions of technology assimilative capacity in the past,this text defines technology assimilation for three stages:technology choice,technology absorption and technical application. The text also considers the cultivation mechanism of enterprise technology assimilative capacity from two aspects:one from the spire model based on enterprise R&D activities,and the other from technology spillovers. |
