| 摘 要： | 从信息空间理论视角,在知识分立的基础上,探讨创新网络内的网络创新过程,特别是知识流动与传播的条件和机制。研究得到网络创新过程实际上是一个在特定环境下默会知识向显性知识转化的过程;创新网络内的共享环境为知识转化提供了平台,代码共享是创新网络内认知资本积累的基础,而网络内个人、组织间的信任关系则为创新产品价值的确定提供了条件。最后以中关村科技产业园为例对理论模型进行验证性分析。
