| 摘 要： | 国家科技奖励监督机制是实现国家科技奖励功能与目的的保障。国家科技奖励监督机制应包括以下五个子系统:有力的组织机制、健全的教育机制、有效的制约机制、灵敏的反馈机制、科学的管理机制。应根据国家科技奖励监督的体系框架,从多个方面健全与完善国家科技奖励监督机制。
