变革型领导的理论与研究述评

摘    要:变革型领导理论是最近20多年来西方领导理论研究的热点问题,并已成为领导学研究的新范式。首先简要介绍了变革型领导的概念及结构;然后从相关工作态度、工作绩效及行为等方面分析了变革型领导的作用效果及机制;接下来总结了变革型领导行为的影响因素及干预措施;最后,指出该理论仍有待于进一步探索和研究的方面。

Abstract:Transformational leadership is defined as influencing followers by broadening and elevating followers'goals and providing them with confidence to perform beyond the expectations.The paper first briefly introduced the basic concepts and dimensions of transformational leadership,then analyzed its effectiveness from different aspects such as work—related attitudes.work-related behaviors,and employee creativity and organizational innovation.After that,it summarized the antecedents and intervening methods of transformational leadership behavior.Finally,it discussed the limitations of the past research,and pointed out some prospects for the future research.
