| 摘 要： | 战略性新兴产业是新兴科技与新兴产业的深度融合。培育和发展战略性新兴产业是我国"十二五"规划应对国际金融危机、加快经济发展方式转变的战略抉择。以战略性新兴产业为载体,推动我国经济发展走上创新驱动、内生增长的轨道,是关系我国经济社会发展全局的关键环节。就新兴产业的内涵、发展根源、动力机制进行了研究,并对我国发展和培育战略性新兴产业的现实情况进行了分析,探讨并提出了培育和发展我国战略性新兴产业的对策选择。
