创新人才创新力评估体系与激励制度研究

摘    要:研究了创新人才的创新力评估体系和激励机制,为企业在严峻的竞争压力下构建创新评价体系和制定创新人才的激励制度提供了理论基础。同时提出人力资源管理实践中增强员工向心力的方法,为创收和员工创新力发展提供了方法和激励制度依据。

Abstract:This paper studies the innovative talents innovation evaluation system and incentive mechanism,for enterprises in the severe competition of construction innovation evaluation system and the development of innovative talents incentive system provides a theoretical basis.At the same time put forward in the practice of human resources management to enhance employee centripetal force method,ability and employee innovative development provides methods and incentive system based on.
