| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法,在审视、回顾和分析西北少数民族地区社会、经济、教育的宏观背景前提下,就面向21世纪西北少数民族地区学校体育的发展提出了确立学校体育可持续发展战略;构建具有民族特色的体育教育课程体系;多梯度推进全民健身计划的实施;加强学校宏观指导与调控等区域性战略选择.
