| 摘 要： | 因子赋权是图书馆读者满意度测评模型中一个非常重要的环节,直接影响到测评结果,因此需要对定性因子进行科学、客观的赋权.以图书馆读者满意度一级测评中的显性因素、隐性因素、资源因素、环境因素等4个定性因子为对象,阐述了Delphi法、灰色关联法、层次分析法确定权重的原理及其计算过程.
