废水生化处理出水用于烟道气脱硫研究

摘    要:废水生化出水吸收二氧化硫是一种以废治废,不产生二次污染的新方法。研究结果表明,在平均进气浓度为2103mg/m^3、气/液比为150∶1时,去除率可达97.4%,为现有脱硫方法中吸收剂利用率最高的一种方法;采用投加碳酸钙强化增碱的方法当进气浓度为1524mg/m^3,气/液比为821∶1时,去除率可达90%以上,当进气浓度为4770mg/m^3,气/液为539∶1时,去除率仍可达89%,这对于电厂附近污水来源不足的情况下,采用强化增碱法是便便捷的解决办法。

Abstract:Absorbing SO2 with wastewater effluent after biological treatmentis a new technology of treating waste with wastewater and without secondary pollution. The results show that when the average influent gas concentration was 2103mg/m3 and the gas-liquid ratio was 150∶1, the removal efficiency of SO2 reached 97.4%. This technology had highest utilization ratio of absorbent in the desulfuration methods existed. When calcium carbonate were used to enhance the alkalinity, as the influent gas concentration was 1 524mg/m3 and the gas-liquid ratio was 821∶1, the removal efficiency of SO2 was above 90%; as the influent gas concentration was 4 770mg/m3 and the gas-liquid ratio was 539∶1, the removal efficiency of SO2 was above 89%. When the wastewater source near power plant was not enough, this method could be used to enhance the alkalinity.
