淮南煤焦CS_2-丙酮萃取物的GC/MS分析

摘    要:用等体积的CS2-丙酮混合溶剂萃取了不同热解温度和时间得到的淮南煤焦,用GC/MS法分析了煤焦的萃取物的组成.结果表明:在较高热解温度和用较长热解时间得到的煤焦在CS2-丙酮混合溶剂中的萃取率较低;萃取物主要由长链烷烃、芳烃和含杂原子化合物组成;热解速率对煤焦中芳烃的缩合度有重要影响,在相同热解温度下,慢速煤焦中芳环的缩合程度高于快速煤焦.

Abstract:Huainan coal chars obtained at different pyrolysis temperatures and for different periods of time were extracted with isometric carbon disulfideacetone mixed solvent to afford extracts.The extracts were analyzed with gas chromatography/mass spectrometer.The results show that the coal chars obtained at higher pyrolysis temperatures and for longer pyrolysis periods of time have lower extract yields The extracts mainly consist of long-chain alkanes,arenes and heteroatom-containing compounds.Pyrolysis rates have important influence on condensation degree of aromatics in coal chars.At the same pyrolysis temperature,the condensation degree of aromatics obtained from slowly pyrolysis coal chars are highly than rapidly pyrolysis coal chars.
