摘    要:奥林匹克运动既是竞技的过程,也是教育的过程。随着2008北京年奥运会的临近,我国进入了以弘扬奥林匹克理想为核心的奥林匹克教育高潮时期。通过奥林匹克运动教育,可以培养学生顽强的意志品质,使他们成为品德、心智和体质全面发展的人,在体育运动中走向完善,这是奥林匹克运动教育所追求的价值取向。

Abstract:Olympic Games is a process of competition as well as a process of education.As we advance the preparation of Beijing 2008 Olympic Games,our country has stepped into the upsurge of popularizing the Olympic spirits.Education of Olympic Games can foster students' strong mind,make them outstanding in moral integrity,intelligence and physique and perfect the teenagers in sports,which is the purpose of the Olympic Games.As mentioned in this essay,to the teenagers in our country,especially those in non-host cities,how to foster their Olympic participation feelings and offer them proper ways to take part in the Games will become one of the keys for a successful Beijing Olympic Games.By explaining the essence of Olympic Games,this essay points out the meaning of fostering the Olympic participation feelings of students in non-host cities,introduces the teenagers' Olympic education and advance ways in which students in non-host cities can take part in the Games well.
