Study on Integrated Design of Gun Components

This paper introduces the development of Gun CAD,discusses how to establish three dimensional parametric model and automatically realize solid drawing output of different structure type of gun components, according to design and computing results during the structure design of gun by further development in I DEAS software,proposes scheme on integrated design of gun component,including designing,computing and drawing.The implementation of the scheme is introduced in detail.The design idea is illustrated by a design process of barrel.This scheme is designed to further improve design quality and efficiency and lay foundation for parameterization,serialization and optimization of gun design.
